The resort is amazing . I can’t fault anything. The staff are so kind and willing to help, they go out of their way to do anything for you. We are having a wedding there in 2027. Kylie. showed us different rooms that are available.  It’s a beautiful place Palm Cove and Alamanda is 10 out of 10

All rooms are not equal! We recently booked a 9-night stay at this property for a very special milestone birthday. The property is stunning, lush gardens, both kids and adults pool and onsite restaurant. Unfortunately, our beachfront apartment was old and shabby, with worn furniture, broken blinds that let the light stream in, not particularly clean and, most concerningly, significant mould on the internal shutters. We were given a refund for one night (and moved after 5 nights to a lovely apartment) which we appreciated, but it doesn’t compensate for the disappointment — you can’t redo a special milestone birthday or the holiday experience that came with it. What made it even more disappointing was that our friends’ apartment had been beautifully renovated and was exactly what we had expected from a five-star resort. In fairness to the Alamanda these units are individually owned so it’s at the owners discretion when/if updates are made. So, a word of warning if you’re booking: all rooms are not equal. Some apartments have been renovated, while others clearly have not.

Our family of six stayed at Alamanda Palm Cove for six nights as part of our Australian holiday, booking two two-bedroom apartments. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The apartments were incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. They had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay and felt like a real home away from home. The location is simply outstanding. You’re literally steps from the beach, with some of Palm Cove’s best restaurants just a short stroll away. Although we chose to eat out throughout our stay, there is also a supermarket only a couple of minutes’ walk from the property, making it ideal for families or anyone wanting to self-cater. Palm Cove itself is a stunning destination with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, and Alamanda is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything it has to offer. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alamanda Palm Cove to anyone visiting the area. If we ever return to Palm Cove, this is exactly where we’ll stay again.
