The room is very clean, breakfast is good and location is close to shopping centers and restaurants

The hotel is nice but understaffed. The free breakfast was packaged goods and not worth it. The hot tub was broken so that was a big disappointment to the kids in our group. The beds were cozy, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Breakfast was a bit small, only can. Everything else was good.

The location is great. Next to two supermarkets. very convenient.

Very clean good place to play for a holiday stay

The hotel was basic but nice. Everything was fine untily daughter was closing the glass divider between the desk and the beds and a glass pane fell and hit her on the head! It also hit my husband's hand and mine also, so I'm glad we kinda of absorbed some of the fall. It did not break but it was heavy. I called and they did come to fix it right away, which was good. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. The location was great, but it needs some love and care.

Convenient location, safe, clean property. Need a little more variety in the breakfast options from day to day.

The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and grumpy. The breakfast was not very good. But the room was clean and the beds were amazing. Clean property and great pool and hot tub.

Our room lost water in morning (which I nicely reported) and again at 9:00 at that night. After much arguing was given another room. Staff required me to wake up family, have them pack up and move rather than just allowing us to move into new room. Ridiculous since they couldn’t rent it out. Why inconvenience us TWICE. Received no apology from the manager which I asked for. Received no monetary accommodation either.

The hot water was broken when we got there. Did not get fixed for 3 hours. When it was fixed, there was no water pressure in the sink. We called and it was never fixed. Additionally, the spa didn’t work.

Nice hotel for an over nighter. Convenient for the main roads but then that’s all you can hear is traffic and un silenced exhausts we high I can never understand!
