Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert Reviews

I have traveled for Power Trip. A price was okay if compare a location and a service. Staff wasn't really willing to help, but it wasn't a big issue. A regular Express hotel from this network.

It was a great start and everyone was super friendly and the customer service was awesome. And the breakfast was also good too. No issues and awesome staff.

Great location, service and price during the summer months

Very clean and great spot

I was very disappointed because there were white people who always avoided getting on the hotel elevator and white people who didn't say hello to each other. It was convenient for going to Joshua Park.

The location is good, parking is convenient, and the room is very clean.

Property was good. There was a guest jumping, stomping and slamming the sliding door open and closed above us after 10pm. It only got worse after we called the front desk to complain.

Joshua at the front desk is doing an awesome job! All of the staff were polite and very helpful

def needs upgrading..cleaning staff need retrained. day 1..tiles so sticky socks stuck to floor..had to ask for remop. day 2 not enough towels left andbody wash empty.had to ask for more. day 3..tiles and therefore room smelled like pee.. like mop wasnt cleaned after cleaning urine up somewhere. notenough towels leftagain. hall carpet needs cleaned..very stained. hand sanitizer empty on first floor elevator..the entire stay. ice machine broken

Parking lot is big, but this creates a hidden issue - large RV can park. That's happen in my case, and they didn't stop the engine which worked all night. Room AC is loud, so either noise, or hot night.

The property is old and in need of a renovation. Refrigerator is loud. Bathroom fan is very loud. Elevator is slow and jerky.

It is apparent that they work hard to maintain the facility. No dissatisfaction with anything. We would stay again.

VERY WARM WELCOME BY ALEX AT FRONT DESK. GREAT BREAKFAST HOSTESS, JOCELYN ! PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KIND ERIC DOING MAINTENENCE WORK! THEY ARE ALL VERY NICE, AND REMEMBER ME EVERY TIME I STAY THERE, EVEN WHEN MY STAYS ARE A YEAR APART. LOOKING FORWARD TO STAYING THERE AGAIN!
