It’s ok. Pool was dirty. Room ok not as good as I expected. Key card hard to use always a hassle. Lots of trash full everywhere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the pool time which was complimented by the not to hot weather. Nice location not far from local stores. Walmart, Costco and restaurants just couple miles away which made it quick fast to grab a bite to eat and get to relaxing.

Lovely clean room and attractive lobby. Was a snag in getting the room I had chosen. I received a text saying the room was ready but it wasn’t when I arrived. Waited 30 minutes but was then told that the room I had requested, wasn’t available?? All in hall, it was a lovely weekend.

Hotel is located in University Park, food and amenities a 3 min drive away. Our room’s toilet flush and heater is not working and was moved to another room. Common areas are new, room interior needs an update.

Hotel service is very good, convenient parking

Stayed here to go to a concert at the Acrisure Arena. Convenient location. Everything was clean, no complaints. Would stay here again when in the area.

Stay was ruined and slept uncomfortably after my wife found hair in between the sheets. We had to wait almost an hour for someone from the front desk brought new linen. We changed the bedding ourselves and slept uneasy after that. Breakfast was dry and over cooked.

Property was ok. Some updating would be needed. Too much carpet, we prefer tile flooring, the furniture was used, cabinets chipped. My wife had no hot water both mornings when she showered at 6:30 am.

This property is location at the edge of Palm Desert, a little furthur than we wanted to be but still close to major thru ways of the city. This property as a whole needs some attention, exit signs missing, common furniture and carpet showing signs of wear, exit doors that slam loudly as you exit, reverberating throughout the hallway and closet doors inside our room that did not slide. When we attempted to bring up these issues with management, all we got in return was a blank stare. At $250 an average night, more could be done, more should be done, if presented with another option for the same price point, choose the other option, dont stay here until these little things are addressed.

Good comfortable suites but might need a makeover of a few things. Air Conditioning did not work which forced us to switch rooms late at night. It would have been nice if these issues are identified early on. Came to know that it was a recurring issue in many rooms. That thermostat was OLD! It chose to throw some hot air at 80! So just a piece of advice - check your room's thermostat after checking-in. Good part was they were able to find another room quickly but for that had to go back to the front desk, switch keys, pack & move late at night. Good hot breakfast - scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages!!

Overall decent; towels ran out at pool for over a day, had to keep requesting towels at front desk. Second time we had to request someone finally replenished stock.

This place is a DISASTER! FILTHY and threadbare carpet, closet door fell off hitting my daughter, not stocked kitchen, fridge turned so low the food had to be thrown out. POT PARTY going on across the hall with music blasting at 1.00AM. Pet relief area nothing but dirt! Worse place I have ever stayed. Hilton should demolish or redo this place.

They have a very nice breakfast spread. It was better than expected and the staff there keep it clean and stocked. There was a weird offensive smell in the hotel hallways. Luckily not in our room.

Probably one of the worst I’ve stayed at. It was dirty. I got there and my room wasn’t ready, after 3pm. Way too pricey for the quality. If you have an opportunity please go somewhere else and save your disappointment.
