Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel Reviews

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

Hotel was fine. Small pool and poolside bar were nice. Couple of things. They don't allow you to bring a cooler up to your room, so if you have a cooler you need to leave it in your car with 100+ heat, obviously it will be a warm cooler after a day. They charged me $100 at check-in for what they call "incidentals". We didn't ruin or use anything in the room. When I checked out they told me the $100 refund would be refunded in 2-5 business days! Two weeks later they still have not refunded the money. When I called back they gave me the run around about how they never actually charged me the $100, then changed their story and said I would have to contact my bank to get them to release the refund to me!!! ***!! It's a scam so beware if you stay there.

I love the free airport shuttle. The view from the high-rise terrace was really nice. Rooms close to the lift are noisy. But the noise was tolerated by the great view. The location is really great.

Close to downtown, walkability to shopping and dining. The breakfast was really good for an inclusive stay included with the rate.

Property is nice and in a great location. Easy walk to everything. Pool is small and not enough lounge chairs. Checkin process did not go well. Got room keys late and walked into an occupied room. Had to go get a new room and waited longer.

Great location, easily walk around shops and restaurants. Staff went above and beyond, very friendly and accommodating. Grounds were beautiful- pool was lovely. Breakfast was really good. Great Value. Will be staying here again.

Nice pool area and great location but a really noisy property. Could hear everybody passing by the room (which started around 6:00 am and ended around 2:00 am) as well as those on the floor above and the music from the nightclub next door and the air conditioner while definitely effective was the loudest I’ve ever experienced - it sounded like a jet taking off. But the breakfast had lots of selection and the guest laundry was convenient and clean and the breakfast staff and pool staff were great. They don’t clean your room or provide clean towels etc unless requested but the front desk staff indicated that upfront so it didn’t come as a surprise. Overall a good stay but bring earplugs.

An interesting building in Spanish colonial design with arches. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Small fridge but no microwave. Overall, a great place to stay.

Beautiful property with lots of flowers. Nice pool with a cozy covered shady area for getting out of the rays. Friendly service and clean comfortable room. Looking forward to staying here again.
