Palma de Mallorca Hotels with Free Breakfast

Another great stay! Previous visit 2017 and it’s even better. This time we had a terrace room and it was amazing. Sunbathing til 7pm on our balcony was incredible. Hotel is always immaculate, beautiful pool area and such friendly staff on reception. We plan to be back again next year. Also great location- can walk to everywhere !

To be honest, the location is very central, the facilities are also good, the room is very large and very new, but it seems that this hotel likes to put sculptures of that kind of clothes... It's the kind of sculpture that only has clothes and no people inside... (like Doctor Strange's cloak) There is a sculpture that looks like ancient Japanese women's clothes at the door of my room, it's really scary 😭 I don't dare to open the door by myself and go out to be accompanied by my boyfriend 😭

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

Short leisure trip with my sister. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and around a slowish stroll of 20 minutes to the centre. We did use taxis on the way back, depending on how many bars we’d found ! Nice sized room, it’s modern, uncluttered and white, big tick. It was still hot, so loved a cheeky dip on the terrace and dry off in the sun. This was a hassle free holiday, perfectly placed for sightseeing and shopping.

Fantastic hotel, rooms were very clean. There was lots of reviews saying the staff were rude. However if you do stupid things like turning up to dinner when it’s just closing they would probably be quite keen to kick you out because they need to clean and get home to there families duhhh. That asides the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done enough to help. The bus stop was across the road. I will stay here again. Only booked breakfast and it was very good loads of choice and fresh

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work! Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

Hotel location in the city center, convenient transportation; checkin was late at night, the front desk was quickly connected to the phone is very warm. Although the room is not big, there are a lot of drinks!

Mallorca was by far our favorite of the five cities we visited throughout Spain, and that was due in large part to the service provided by the hotel's amazing concierge, Sergio.  His warm and friendly demeanor, excellent customer service, thoughtful food and sight-seeing recommendations and generous hospitality made our stay truly outstanding.  The spa ammenities were also pretty awesome, too.

Hotel location is good, just a few minutes walk from the old town. But not downtown. The rooms are very tall (relative to Germany and the Netherlands). The beds are 1.5 meters wide. There is a Spanish desk on the TV in the TV. The bathroom is particularly large. The only bad thing was the room on the side of the road. The car outside the window was louder early in the morning. Downstairs is the Chinese restaurant outside the building, opened by Zhejiang aunt. Go to work at 1 in the afternoon. Hotel service is also good.
