Although it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime!
There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.

This is a boutique 5-star hotel by the sea very close to the city center. The service is really great. Every staff member is lovely. The hotel's internal facilities are very new and the cleanliness is perfect.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Roof top bar & restaurant with fantastic views. Valet parking is available at €35 per night which is perfect for a city stay, also when my electric car was returned it was fully charged which was a great little extra. We will stay hear again and would recommended you try it.

I haven’t had the pleasure of staying here for two years however this amazing establishment never disappoints. The welcome you receive is incredible, it feels like being welcomed by family. The rooms are beautiful, service is impeccable and having been privileged enough to have travel extensively this is by far a second home.

A stay at Es Princep always meet your expectations and the staff goes beyond what you can expect by being genuine kind and helpful throughout your stay. The hotel offers excellent rooms, a wonderful breakfast and the location of the hotel itself is ideal if you want some peace and quiet time together with friends and family. If you want to take advantages of all what Palma has to offer a short walk of 10-15 minutes brings you right into the middle of downtown Palma, with great restaurants and many great sights. If you want to relax in the hotel, I can recommend lunch at the top floor restaurant with great views over the sea and the beautiful cathedral followed by a visit to the wonderful spa. When we are back to Palma it will for sure also mean that we will be staying at Es Princep.

Just returned from our second stay at this excellent city hotel.Well situated about 15 minutes from the Cathedral it is not for those looking for a resort but for those, like us, who like to be near the centre it is ideal.Lovely rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and a spa,albeit with a small gym,this was one of the nicest stays we have had mainly due to excellent staff and an outstanding GM in Joseba(how many General Managers supervise breakfast?) The breakfast was superb as were the rooftop terrace tapas.All in all a really good stay at a genuine 5 star hotel.Not cheap, but quality rarely is

Outstanding Hotel, best Service, from Transfer til Breakfast and Dining! Amazing Spa with great treatments, pools and the rooftop bar and restaurant are also perfect! Within the Hotel 1 star Michelin Restaurant Zaranda earns 2 Stars! Outstanding dishes and great wines! The conclusion: the best place in Palma to be because of the best and maximal committed people working there. It was a great pleasure, thank you!

I received first class customer service from the Front Desk. I had lost my mobile (wasn't sure if it was in the Restaurant or taxi home). My own efforts had failed to locate it. I gave the details to the Front Desk who looked into it and initailly were not able to help. However Ignacio assured me he would keep trying and much to my admiration 24 hours later he found it at the restauarant and later organised for it to be transferred to my new hotel in Soller. Outstanding service. The hotel is superb generally, the rooftop restaurant,bar and pool are are fantastic and what a view. Nice comfortable rooms with great views
