I stayed in room 14, it was INCREDIBLE!! The view from the balcony was superb, the room was massive as was the bathroom. I felt like a real-life princess and wish I could have stayed all week. The location was absolutely fabulous and there was a pizza restaurant just over the square which was a delicious evening treat. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Palma and 10/10 recommend.

Excellent location in the old town, overlooking a square made up of some fabulous cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach, shopping & cathedral via winding alleys or main road. Light, bright , immaculate apartment with high end appliances & wonderful shower. Supermarket virtually next door. Perfect Palma base

Ho soggiornato con la mi ragazza! Stupenda struttura e stupendo appartamento, molto pulito, confortevole, molto ampio e c’era tutto l’indispensabile che deve avere un appartamento! Bel balcone su una piazzetta con molti ristoranti carini !! Staf molto gentile e disponibile Se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca, è che nel giardino di fronte all’entrata della struttura, ci sono sempre, soprattutto la sera e la mattina presto alcuni soggetti non molto raccomandabili (ubriachi, barboni ecc) Abbiamo comunque sempre visto la polizia che controllava e non ci sono mai stati problemi

Das Hotel war toll. Das Apartment (bestehend aus quasi zwei Zimmer mit einem Verbindungsgang) war schön gekühlt. Das grössere Zimmer im 1. OG hatte schöne Aussicht auf den Innenhof. Das zweite, kleinere Zimmer war sehr klein und keine Sicht, nur auf den Hotelgang. Kleine Küche mit allen Utensilien vorhanden, falls man etwas kochen will. Nebenan gleich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gepäck konnte am Schluss gut aufbewahrt werden, auch wurde netterweise gefragt, ob ein Taxi bestellt werden soll. Im Innenhof gab es diverse Restaurants. Der italiener Santa Chiara war top, super Pizzas!! Auch ansonsten sehr Nahe vom Placa Major, wo es diverse Restaurants gibt.

This venue is in an amazing location in the old town and in walking distance of everything - this was my favourite thing about the stay. I also felt very safe as a solo traveller. The room was much smaller than expected from photos but was nice and clean and comfortable. The back entrance opens onto nice square with evening bar and dining options. The desk staff were kind and helpful during my stay. They could do with clearer sign to find the property- see images for help identifying.

Comfortable modern apartment-hotel for the semi-independent/independent traveler. We stayed at the Fil Best room type and it had the amenities we needed for a five night stay including a small refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking supplies. Conveniently, the famous Mercat d’Oliver is an 8 minute walk away where we purchased local food items. There is also a typical supermarket just across the street. The hotel is staffed from 9am-9pm and an emergency contact is provided after hours. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and they are roomier and better priced than your typical hotel. The location is ideal—the immediate neighborhood is quiet but the main shopping street is just a few blocks away. Overall, I highly recommend Fil Suites for the spaciousness of the rooms, cooking amenities, price point, and location.

Great location, helpful staff and lovely room. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants in a tranquil, pedestrianised square and very close to everything else you might need for your stay. Also really handy for the airport bus stop. Bus A1 leaves airport every 15 mins. Get off at Gabriel Alomar stop and walk 4 mins. Just 5 euros!

Prima volta a Palma. Arriviamo a notte fonda. Tutto ben organizzato l’ingresso in notturna senza concierge. La nostra suite spettacolare. Pulitissima, grande e con piccola terrazza sul cortile interno. Bagno grande. Doccia super comoda. Completano la camera : grande frigorifero, microonde e macchina caffè con cialde al seguito. Una bottiglia d’acqua minerale in vetro con flute di vetro completavano la delizia. Consigliatissimo!
