Nice note, perfectly situated. Easy to get to from the airport. 24hr reception desk with super simple check in and check out. Only constructive feedback I’d give is that the hotel could do with a general refresh / TLC. But overall a great stay.

Great location, right next to the main transport station where you can catch trains and buses to places. Walkable distance to the port, cathedral and many restaurant options nearby.

This hotel is near the subway station, train station and bus station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to get there. The transportation is very convenient and fast! The room has a window table and chairs, with enough light for planning your trip or working! The hotel also has an outdoor terrace and chairs for guests to rest! The front desk staff are very kind and willing to help you solve your problems!

I've never been in a burrow like that hotel, the only decent thing is the entrance, everything else you couldn't even imagine in your worst nightmares, a disgusting carpet with a dirty and overused smell, claustrophobic corridors with flashing lights. The room is a disaster, the carpet is still inside the room and it is just as horrible as outside, the sockets do not work well, the toilet is not maintained, the shower loses water, the hairdryer does not work, they did not tell you a measly lotion, a comb or something, as many stars as it has, and they don't seem to exist. The first night in the medieval bed that falls into the holes of the first beings that slept there, it became almost impossible not to fall into the pits of the abyss that absorbed you, the itchy sheets, one really bad night and the next ones were no better. I didn't leave there as they don't give you anything back, and I couldn't afford it anywhere else, but I really recommend this place to all the haters. Since you're only going to have a bad time. I don't want to talk about the breakfast that was included, because it's not worth it.

Traveled with my best friend and we were both VERY pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were not expecting it to be this nice because it was a lower budget hotel. But the location was perfect, hotel was clean, rooms were super spacious, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was also very good. I would hands down recommend to stay here - and especially if you have a car. There's parking garages right next to the hotel for 20 euros per day - but our secret tips is to use the street parking instead, saved us so much money! Only downside is you can only pay 2 hours at the time, but it worked out perfectly for us as we drove to the beach around 10, and was back in Palma around 18. (Free parking between 20-09.) The hotel is located right on top of the Main Street, so it's super easy to walk down to the city centre/old town of Palma. Takes about 5-10 minutes. For this price you get a lot for your money - perfect for those who want to stay at a nice and comfortable place but don't want to pay too much.

A kettle in the room would have been nice

Very good value for money. Excellent location on the edge of the old town and next to the Soller train. Very good breakfast. Nice people. Surprisingly quiet for a hotel next to the inner city ring road. A simple, functional hotel without much bling. Nice standard room with good king size bed. A little older renovation, but OK except for the usual scaled showerhead. Undergrund parking nearby at special 18,50 €/day hotel rate. Would not mind coming back.
