Really Nice hotel close to the beach. Easy check in and friendly staff

Ideal location literally next to a bus stop about 15 minutes to get into town . Or take a cab and it will take 5-7 minutes

The hotel does not match the photos! It is old, the air conditioning was turned off in the entire hotel and it flooded and they could not turn it on because the weather outside was cold. This information was not given when we booked or when we arrived. On the first night we turned on the air - which was reported to be 18 degrees - but it was hot air, it was a bad night. Breakfast also leaves much to be desired according to the description. The parking lot is small and does not accommodate all guests, having to leave the car on the street.

Good facilities with spacious and clean room. Varied breakfast with very attentive staff.

Nothing bad to point out

Currently there no air con. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn’t offer us any other room and no money back so it looks like we will be unable to sleep tonight. We had to get a room change on night 1 as they couldn’t get that air conditioning to work. Awful do not stay here. Also saw a cockroach in the dining area.

Every was good , but it was building area on first flor and noisy from early morning

Had booked 3 days.be aware that the hotel is on the top of a hill, so even close to the harbor you have to take several hundred stair steps from harbor to hotel. Only limited parking slots and they are suited for a fiat500 and not family cars. They claim to be pet friendly but a 20Euro/day is just too pricy when you have booked several days (60 euro is a high price for extra end cleaning after the stay).

Great base for a long weekend where exploring the city was the main aim. Particularly as the bus service to and from the hotel is so convenient,cheap and efficient. ( 47 into town, 46 return). Two euros per person. Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again .

The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

property was great. The rooms were clean and the staff were great. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what was offered. Location is not bad, but you do have to drive or take public transport if you don’t want to walk far.

Tired 4* hotel in a poor location at the top of a steep hill. Rooms are a generous size and in good condition. Public areas and pool are uninviting. Price per night of around €190 is ludicrously expensive for this location / condition. On a more positive note, staff are nice, good bus service ( around 20 mins ride time ) into Central Palma. Great little cafe 75m away from the front of the hotel ( but that's it, there are no other amenities near by. Not terrible hence 3*s, but hard to love or recommend
