The room view was fantastic and super clean, reception was incredible, we had a really good experience there. Super recommended and we will come back again for sure!

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the sea, the surrounding restaurants had sea views and were enjoyable. I gladly recommended it to our friends, We would like to come again

The room is very clean and the front desk service is also very good, but the facilities are not that new, but the breakfast is delicious. The sea view room is worth the price, but the sound insulation is not very good

The hotel is on the beachfront and is very correct for what I was looking for, a good shower and a good breakfast. I chose with a sea view and it is a joy to sleep with the noise of the waves

Our stay at the Be Live Experience Cala Mayor was quite good. The offer and variety in the breakfast buffet is very good, the friendliness of the reception service was exceptional, and the location is highly recommended.

To expensive hotel and bad service. Nice rooms and view. To much waiting time at reception. They don’t fill up at the superior rooms.

From the first communication with the hotel, right through to requesting a taxi at 4am, I was really impressed with the staff at the hotel. Everyone was very professional and even minor requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The hotel is in a fantastic location - a stone's throw from the beach and you have the option to use the gym and spa facilities at the sister hotel next door. The breakfast was a good spread, with hot and cold options as you would expect. The place was spotlessly clean and had a calm atmosphere. I can only talk about my single room as I was there on my own for a bit of 'me' time but it was great - I had a lovely view of the sea and it was relatively quiet. The only minor ******* were that the air con was not super powerful (although still effective enough) and I would've liked to have a drying rack for wet swimming things (just hung them over the shower door and all was fine). Would thoroughly recommend this hotel - I've stayed in many hotel etc in the past and this compares very favourably with some much more expensive venues. A great stay!

if change something was not very good can be better like getting better equipment and people working cleaner have the same compromise.

Good location, but lot of things should be improved. Add minibars, offer glass of water or coffee at the check in, it costs nothing, but means a lot to somebody who is coming from away.

Poor quality of furniture, furniture, dirty plates in perfect rooms, monotonous dishes, no rooms for families with two children, no possibility to deliver a bed or folding chair. Good location, close to the sea. Quality was cleaned in the room every day.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff. check in was a breeze as well as check out. Room was large, so was the comfortable bed. The air conditioning unit was set at full although not as cool as I would have liked, although it was cooler then outside (30+ Degrees C) and that was a plus. Walls are thin so you can hear talking from neighbours (out o the balcony) and those passing in the hall way, as well as the party goers on the beach although I was able to sleep. The hotel provides you with beach towels a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a nice beach tote. I enjoyed my stay. Very close to bus stops, convenience stores and restaurants. Good selection at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is a few steps to the beach, and 2 mins walk to a bus stop. Plus several restaurants around the Cala Major - San Agustin area. They provide beach towels and a carry bag, a large comfortable bed, and wonderful sea views, graced by a full moon, during my stay. Have cash handy when wanting to rent a lounger and umbrella by the beach. People start putting towels on chairs very early in the morning.

Don’t go there if you want to have quality service and equipment. The service is poor, and it’s globally dirty. The only good thing is the location (next to the beach) and the balcony with the view.

Staff friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is practically one minute from the beach of Cala Major and very close to the main services. Taxi always available within minutes. Abundant breakfast buffet, with the possibility to sit outside. Possibility of using a microwave in the evening hours to heat water or food. Vending machine at the entrance. Comfortable rooms with sea view, balcony and well equipped with courtesy kit, daily cleaning service and air conditioning. Swimming pool available throughout the day. Possibility of hiring beach towels for the duration of your stay. The possibility of having a courtesy room on the evening of departure so we could take a shower before going to the airport was the facility I most appreciated. The lack of a door dividing the bathroom area from the rest of the room put us a bit at a disadvantage as it does not allow total privacy while taking a shower (the door is only there to divide the toilet from the rest). The shower itself does not close totally and has 'flooded' a bit 'the bathroom floor ... small attentions that would definitely improve the stay of us tourists. Abundant breakfast, various choices, even for celiacs, but still little attention for those with other intolerances (such as lactose) for which the choices were really limited or for those who are vegan who could only count on fruit, salad, bread and jam. Zero choice for croissants or biscuits
