The location, the scenery, and the staffs are very kind. I recommend it to people who come to Mallorca for the first time.

Très relaxe ! Menu had lots errors! I ask for carbonara and they served a sauce with cream!

Everything was great

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

The service was a bit messy, they tried to charge me twice when I already paid online. Good room with a nice view of the harbor and comfortable bed.

I really don’t know who gave this four-star evaluation? The walls of this hotel are simply made of paper. Not only the next door, but even the residents upstairs and downstairs can listen to the conversation or watching videos. I stayed for three nights and I was not woken up for a single night. There is no kettle, and I asked twice at the front desk. No matter what, there was a bunch of ants in the room when something sweet was placed in the room. The location is also on the mountain, there is still some distance from the sea, if it is the first time to go by bus, you will definitely not find the right entrance. This price is too high to support Samsung's standards, which is simply cheating. Strongly do not recommend everyone to live! Unless you sleep very well, you can sleep if the wall collapses😡😡

Lovely welcome from Cassandra on arrival. All the other staff were lovely and friendly too. Great location- we walked to Palma and to Cala major. Shame about the renovations all along the marina as it would’ve been a nice (slightly long) walk otherwise. Lovely pool area, it was empty all morning on our first day! Drinks were reasonable in hotel and terrace has a lovely view. Nothing to complain about with room. No kettle so don’t bother with tea bags!

The safe at the room didn’t work, other than that it was great. Thank you to the staff ☺️
