It was a great hotel, great staff and the breakfast was very special. You could even order a la carte for breakfast: We had a rental car that you could park in the underground car park for 15 euros per night. Very satisfied all round!

Good service, good breakfast, and a grand piano to play.

The hotel is very good, the price is not expensive, the room is very big, the bathroom is also very spacious, the location is good, it is only about 10 minutes' walk to the city center, overall I am very satisfied

We liked the area, the large room and bathroom, the service as they helped us with parking and luggage when leaving.

A super building with marble floors and rooms very spacious. Breakfast provided a wonderful choice of quality food. Well located within walking distance of the old town and cathedral . Front desk staff not particularly helpful and the free mini bar with the Superior room is literally 2 small bottles of water not even chilled.

Stayed here with friends for a five day city break through Jet2. Hotel exceeded all expectations. Spacious, perfectly appointed room with small balcony. Lovely comfortable bed and large bath / shower room. Main areas of the hotel are immaculately presented and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Great and varied selection for breakfast - both hot and cold. Hotel located within very easy walking distance of the old town and all the major sights. The adjoining neighbourhood of Santa Catalina is literally across the road and offers lots of great places to eat and drink. Could not be faulted. Would highly recommend.

Nice marble floors but somehow feels old throughout the entire place ? Not sure how Comfy bed and big bathroom Friendly front desk people at least but really not worth the €260 euros a night! Very good location though - can’t complain about that

Perfect hotel with a charming concierge who was so helpful suggesting trips & restaurants. Amazing room & huge plus very nice large bathroom with good bath & shower. Very clean everywhere. Bar was nice & staff friendly too. Breakfast was superb & every option you could think of. We will return

This hotel is excellent,very friendly staff, Very clean large rooms and cleaned daily The breakfasts have a wide variety of choices of hot or cold food It is very close to all interesting places and Minutes away from a large selection of restaurants The A1 bus from the Airport costs 5 euros and stops 400 yards from this hotel

Good quality accomodation in an excellent location. Freindly helpful staff. Good choice of breakfast including hot and cold items. Room was spacoius and comfortable. Though located on a fairly busy street corner it was nice and quiet. Plenty of hot water and nice batheoom towels.

Everything went well. Hotel staff, hotel cleanness and hotel breakfast were absolutely fantastic .My Room in the hotel was nice clean, quiet as I requested and good working air condition. I would highly recommend this hotel for any one either travelling with family, group, friends or Solo travel
