Palma Riad is in a perfect location, on a quiet street near the bustle of old town. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of this property. The rooms here are well appointed. We had the most comfortable bed. The staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location.Incredible staff. Sol and Valentine were extremly helpful during my stay assitng me with recomendations on local spots and helping me find a bright place to work in the lobby. The rooms are large while being very chic and sexy but my only criticism of the place is that they are also very dark. The Televisions in the mirrors and the personalized soap options are a cool touch.

Hotel mit einmaligem Ambiente und sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail und zur Eleganz. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Palma und stellt einen idealen Standort dar, um die Insel zu entdecken. Einfach genial!

The hotel is in a great location, very walkable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our shower was enormous. The entire staff was kind and helpful, but especially Valentine. She went out of her way to help us. I’d definitely recommend staying here if in Palma.

The staff here are all wonderful and made our experience special from start to finish. The location is perfect and walkable to all parts of the city. The area is safe and clean. The hotel facilities are impressive and breakfast and evening bar offerings were delicious. We will be back!

Our stay at Palma Riad was Perfection! The service and kindness from everyone we met was exceptional. We have been raving about it since we left. In addition to the incredible staff, the accommodations are beautiful! We can't say enough about the Hammam suite. There are what seems to be thousands of restaurants, shops, and activities all in walkable distance from the hotel. One night my wife and I mentioned we had tried to get dessert, but the restaurant nearby was closed. The concierge called around and unbeknownst to us whipped up a flourless chocolate cake for us to share... Seriously? It was above and beyond. And we cannot forget the breakfast...! We hope to be back again and will be singing your praises each time we discuss our amazing trip!!

The staff at the palma riad are excellent from front of desk to housekeeping and the wonderful lady who looked after us so well at breakfast. Rooms are very unique and well appointed. Located in an excellent location close to all the local bars restaurants and shops. Ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for that special experience and excellent customer service

Un pequeño maravilloso , cuidado y detallista hotel en el centro de Palma. Uno se traslada directamente a un verdadero Riad. Una decoración impresionante, nuestra habitación Suite Ii con un grandiosa bañera y ducha para disfrutarla en pareja Bien situado para ir paseando por el centro de Palma, se va perfectamente andando al casco histórico.
