If you are looking for a unique and special hotel in Palma, Riad Palma is definitly one of them. Very kind people, excellent service, nice room and a delicious breakfast. The rooms are very quiet and we even had a rooftop terrace overlooking the old city of Palma.

Tras una serie de cambios, elegimos el hotel Palma Riad, en el centro histórico de Palma. Un palacete, magníficamente restaurado, de dos plantas, en las que se encuentran las suites y la planta baja para recepcion, cafetería y un patio espectacular para los desayunos, que da un toque muy especial al conjunto.. oyendo el agua en la fuente. El personal es muy amable, con un alto nivel profesional y te hace sentir "una elegante atención" en todo momento. Para ello, María José, Noelia y David, (de recepción, con quienes coincidimos) están pendientes de los huéspedes en todo momento. Las habitaciones suites son amplias, cada una diferente, con decoración oriental, silenciosas y cómodas. El WiFi de alta velocidad en todo el hotel. El colchón especialmente cómodo. El desayuno completo, con productos de mucha calidad y expuesto con mucho detalle...zumos exprimidos al instante. Con pocos huéspedes, no tienes la sensación de "hotel" ni de grupos...sin ruidos. En definitiva, el hotel Palma Riad es un alojamiento de lujo, en el corazón de Palma, para "descansar en Oriente" después de pasar un magnífico día en una de las islas más señoriales y bonitas del mundo. Muchas gracias al equipo del hotel por sus atenciones! Esperamos poder volver!

El trato del personal fue exquisito, siempre atentos a si necesitas alguna cosa, todo perfectamentelimpio. Las habitaciones son preciosas, la decoración, todo cuidado al más mínimo detalle. El desayuno fue magnífico, siempre pendientes si quieres más café o cualquier otra cosa. En definitiva una experiencia increíble.

One of the best situated, most exotic hotels in the world (and we've been around a bit). Perfect to downtown, 200 meters from Passeig Born, walking distance to everything else in the old town. The rooms are extraordinary, in their comfort and decor and size. The staff is equally wonderful. Professional and friendly without going over the top. Breakfasts are fantastic....I'm running out of superlatives! My wife and I, and this is our second visit, just had the buffet (because it is so good we were stuffed) but you can have omelettes, whatever. Fresh squeezed OJ yours for the asking. Very good coffee. And the Palma Riad is hands down, other than being beautiful, very possibly the best smelling hotel in the world! There you have it: ambience, beauty and service. One note: the nine rooms have views of the interior courtyard or the street. Choose the courtyard. There is nothing to see on the street and the noise there can start pretty early in the morning. Other than that.....pretty damn perfect!!
