Hotel Joan Miró Museum

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Cannot fault the place at all. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was to die for. We had an issue late at night with a window in the room, we were moved rooms with an offer of leaving our stuff in the original room to collect the next day, we were then given a fruit plate and a bottle of fizz to apologise, then a call from the manager. We were fine with it all but this went over and above what we expected. The pool area was very clean. Our beds were so comfortable and pillows were top class. Bathroom was lovely too with a great shower. 10/10 I would definitely stay again but be aware the hill up to the front door isn’t for the frail and I pity anyone who has to push a wheelchair up. The beach is within walking distance but they put on a free shuttle once a day. Palma is a €2 bus ride away on the No.4 from the Main Street but again they offer a free shuttle into Palma, we thought it best to get our bearings on a bus so we knew how to get back. Nice restaurants within a 10 min walk.
Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. I am looking forward to seeing you again on my next trip to Palma. Regards Svein-Magne Tunli from Bergen, Norway.
Puro Hotel Oasis Urbano

What a lovely hotel right in the heart of Palma. Very beautiful internally and with super comfortable rooms. And a delicious breakfast too. Despite a problem with our initial room, we have given 5 stars because of how this was eventually resolved. With kindness and professionalism. Anna was a star. She was helpful, understanding and kept us well informed. And thank you to all at the hotel for living up to their reputation for excellent customer service.
Ocho Suites & Kitchen
4.6/539 Reviews
We stayed at Ocho Suites last week and had an absolutely AMAZING time. The location was perfect - right in the heart of Palma de Mallorca city centre, so we could easily walk to all the sights and experience the culture of the city firsthand. We didn't even need to use public transportation since everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was exactly as described on their socials and website - a true ”back-alley gem” with a contemporary Scandi, design vibe. The rooms were stylish and cozy, just perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. They even had kitchenettes, which was a lifesaver for mornings when we wanted to grab a quick breakfast before heading out. We also loved having our own balconies to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The organic bath amenities were such a nice touch too - they smelled amazing!
What really made Ocho Suites special was the staff. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew, was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They were always happy to answer our questions and offer recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city :)
I would highly recommend Ocho Suites to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Palma. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a solo adventure, Ocho Suites is the perfect place to relax and experience the best of what Palma has to offer.
Hotel Araxa - Adults Only
4.2/553 Reviews
The Hotel Aratxa de Palma de Mallorca could be a good one. It has all the requisite requirements to be so. Nevertheless, there are a few details going to the detriment of its quality and comfort, thus making the hotel turn up into a horrible place to stay. The worse feature of the hotel is the heating. It's by air conditioning instead of by central heating radiators, which is what one should expect to find at a hotel of the same or similar characteristics as those of the Hotel Araxa. I was lodged in that hotel in January 2023, on some days where the weather was very cold, so I needed the bedroom to be warm up. The air conditioning machines installed in the hotel bedrooms make a terrible noise, something unbelievably disturbing. Since I coulden't avoid having a worm atmosphere inside my room, I had no alternative but bear such a noise all the time I was awake inside my room. Notwithstanding that, as it's impossible to sleep in such a noisy atmosphere, I had to switch off the device before lying down on bed. Then, since the cold installed itself again in the room, I ran the risk of catching a cold whenever I got up during the night. As far as the personnel is concerned, not everyone working at the hotel is kind ans polite. The gentleman working at the front desk with whom I did the check-in behaved in a rather rude and impolite way towards me. He wasn't at all helpful or friendly, but quite the opposite. The other points regarding the hotel are not bad. It finds itself well situated, in a rather healthy area, though a bit far from the city centre, but that wouldn't counteract against any pretended excellencies, should these exist. The hotel cleanliness is very good. The decoration inside the hotel is very nice, even in the bedroom. The furniture being in the bedroom allocated to me is nice and comfortable - especially the desk where I could do a lot of work - but the noise originating from the air conditioning device and the lack of comfort that results from it are not restrained by the good qualities of the room. The breakfast is good and abundant. For that meal everything necessary is available from the buffet. All the victuals and drinks which can be had for that meal are of a good quality. The music at the breakfast room isn't too loud and therefore isn't disturbing. Since I couldn't sleep comfortably, the same may happen to anyone else. My advise is therefore, not to book at that hotel. Otherwise, as it happened to me, the stay there may turn up to be a nightmare.
Palacio Can Marqués
4.6/555 Reviews
Our stay at Palacio Can Marques was the absolute highlight of our trip to Mallorca! Do not hesitate to book this luxe, charming, elegant, and incredibly unique property. PROS: The suites were amazing - large, spotless, incredibly comfortable. It does feel like you're staying at a (albeit) wealthy friend's mansion - not some cookie cutter hotel that you've stayed in many time before. I stayed in the Eden suite and it was heaven. The suite was so beautifully appointed. I was so inspired by the design of the space. The suite even had its own private elevator. I never wanted to leave!!!! The location - also amazing in every way! I have a minor foot injury and I didn't have to worry at all about covering the sights of Palma as everything was 5 minutes walking away - or less. It's in the heart of Old Town Palma. There are incredible restaurants of every price level, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, all within steps of the beautiful front door. You are also steps to the gorgeous cathedral and palace. What was also great about the hotel's location is that several tours that I booked picked up just a few steps away. It was so easy to meet them without going far or getting lost trying to find them. Same with the paella cooking class that I booked - the location was around the corner about a 3 minute walk away. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous all around. Go to the rooftop for a drink and see the cathedral all lit up and the port from your bar stool. The leafy courtyard every morning for breakfast was a dream. It was a nice little respite from the hustle of the city. The same goes with the lobby. My feet needed a break from walking and I was able to find a quiet spot for tea in the afternoon -- but once I was ready to hit the city again everything was just outside the door in the gorgeous alleys of Old Town Palma. I'm saving the best PRO for last - which was the service. To the breakfast staff every morning - THANK YOU. Your friendly service each morning was a great start to each vacation day. Thank you to the chefs who put out a delicious breakfast spread each morning with all sorts of egg dishes, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit juices. To housekeeping: the entire place was spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel really stands out from other properties that I have stayed at. To the female general manager, I believe: I'm sorry I did not get your name, but you were always welcoming and gracious and made me and my husband feel warm and welcomed each time we saw you. We stayed at a different property on the island for the first part of our trip and there was a stark contrast from the general manager there to the one here. It's nice to feel welcomed and not a nuisance when you have to ask a basic question. A very special shoutout to Edi, Abde and Antonia! I saw you guys multiple times during my stay and your hospitality really stands out. Edi - thank you for helping my husband with a cup of tea that he needed when he wasn't feeling
