Hospedagem razoável
Um hotel de conforto mediano, indicado para curtas estadias. Sem queixas quanto ao serviço, café da manhã e quartos. O único problema é o barulho das pessoas em volta à piscina, que podem tirar a tranquilidade, dependendo do horário e da posição do quarto.

Hotel OK
O hotel precisa estar mais atento à preparação do quarto no check-in (faltou toalhas!!!). Depois nas arrumações diárias faltava lençóis e toalhas e era preciso pedir na recepção! Os travesseiros são péssimos (baixos demais e sem qualidade alguma).
O café da manhã é bom e os demais itens do hotel estão OK pelo custo.

Melhor custo benefício e localização!
Estadia super tranquila e com tudo certo do inicio ao fim. Achei incrível que o hotel tem missão, visão e valores, eu como RH aprecio demais empresas que tem esse cuidado pois reflete em todo alinhamento dos funcionários resultando em um atendimento de qualidade e coeso.
Café da manhã maravilhoso com variedades, além disso está super bem localizado para ir comer em alguns lugares fora a pé (coisa que é difícil em Palmas por tudo ser longe).
Me preocupo muito em dormir bem, ainda mais quando vamos para os passeios para o Jalapão, e consegui descansar e relaxar de fato com as camas super confortáveis.
Está do ladinho da praça com o marco central, na frente pizzaria, açaí do lado, do outro hamburgueria. Show demais!

Cobertas fedidas, quarto muito mal limpo , pessoal da recepção precisando de um treinamento pra receber os hóspedes. Café da manhã razoável! O cheiro de esgoto forte dentro do quarto . Toalhas manchadas, não vale o custo que se paga, pq só pra começar o pessoal é bem sem educação.

Parabenizar ao flat Atlas premium, ótimo atendimento , prestativos, se retornarmos a Palmas -TO, é lá que iremos ficar. Apartamentos ótimos , limpos, gostamos mto. Em Palmas há mtas áreas verdes, parques ecológicos mto bons de visitar. Uma feira de comidas típicas e artesanatos da região , preços melhores do q em outros pontos, vale a pena.

Para começar atendimento péssimo . O atendimento mais péssimo q já tive em um hotel . Simplesmente funcionários sem capacidade nenhuma para lidar com pessoas . Um ex: o ar condicionado estragou , fomos pedir para darem uma olhada . O senhor da recepção foi super super grosso . Quando chegamos q fomos procurar se o ar estava funcionando achei q o senhor da recepção ia nós bater de tão mal educado q ele foi. Em relação ao hotel gostei imenso . Somente o atendimento q não é digno do dinheiro q pagarei .
