Terrível, pouco entrega para o que cobra, nem se quer serviço de quarto oferece, em meio a lua de mel tivemos que sair do nosso aposenta para ir buscar água e outras coisas para abastecer o frigobar, em meio a uma diária de quase R$ 1.000,00. Ou seja, terrível a experiência!!!

Hotel com alguns pontos positivos e outros nem tanto. Positivos: tamanho do quarto, qualidade da cama, enxoval no quarto, bom atendimento na recepção, frigobar. médios: localização (falta um mercado por perto) , reposição dos itens de café da manhã nos dias mais cheios, academia (poucos aparelhos) negativo: ausência de piscina (seria fundamental no calorão de Palmas). Enfim, um hotel mediano que poderia oferecer melhores serviços.

Hotel bem localizado na Cidade de Palmas, perto de shopping e comércio local. Muito bem cuidado e limpo, colaboradores muito atenciosos e solicitos. Restaurante bem espaço no térreo proximo a recepção, um lobby grande e varias salas de conferencia. Quarto espaçoso, bom colchão e roupas de cama, otimo chuveiro e items de banho de boa qualidade. Faltou uma piscina, pois a cidade é muito quente. O valor da estadia é bem razoável Valeu a pena
