Overall still not bad for the environment for this hotel.

I found the location great , being close to shops , restaurants , supermarkets ,ETC. The reception staff were fantastic, very welcoming and informative regarding hotel facilities. 24hr reception grest . The room was superb.

NIce place to stay with family

Good location and clean room

The hotel is technically at the town centre, but it feels hidden and sort of at the very fringe. The hotel seems to have little intention to make its existence known as there are no clear signs at the top of its building or any signs placed at other strategic locations. It has quite a lot of parking spaces though. And there is a big Park N Save supermarket and petrol station across the street. The room has no air conditioning. So be aware.

Great stay! I just wish the room had a proper air conditioner not just a fan.

Good that they have 24 hours check-in service.

The sanitary conditions are very good and the environment is beautiful and peaceful. The service is warm and friendly.

It was neat and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and I had a good rest for a week. The location was very good, close to the golf course and within walking distance of the Korean restaurant.

No disposable toiletries and slippers... everything else is fine

The place is a building site at the moment so a lot of noise and construction people on site. Outlook from my room utterly depressing. There are better places to stay in Palmerston North including some good motels, so will go elsewhere in future.

Very basic hotel and truely awful today. It is a Saturday and there is construction going on. Very loud, piercing, continuous drilling and banging noises. We in Palmerston for a golf trip. I am at the hotel to rest and relax mid afternoon which is impossible. Reception tell me this is going to continue until 5pm. We will be booking somewhere else next year.

I stayed here for two nights in May 2024. The hotel is modern, secure, clean, and quiet. The hotel is located about a five-minute walk from the main square. There are many restaurants in the vicinity and the hotel has plenty of parking. The room had all the usual amenities and was fairly large. I have stayed many times in Palmerston North, each time at a different hotel. This is now my new favourite and I will be very happy to stay here again.
