Unique hotel with retro vibe. I love the garden here, feels like Thailand. The restaurant is good too. An oasis in ***** mall land. I stay here about once a month, it’s my go to.

Dinah's is a little oasis in the middle of Palo Alto, set back nicely from the main road such that it is a quiet location, and suited for a get-away or for a peaceful place to relax after business meetings. The restaurant beside the pool serves good food quickly.

The second time I stayed here, the environment is very beautiful, the room is very clean, I can enjoy the beautiful scenery every day, and the key is that it is very close to the customers. It is very suitable for business trips and a wonderful stay experience. Of course, the service is also very good, warm and helpful. American hotels generally don’t have slippers, toothbrushes, etc. You have to bring your own. The front desk is willing to provide it for free.

I really want to give a super praise to this hotel, Garden Hotel. The car can be parked in front of the room building, which is very convenient. The room is very big, well-equipped, and very clean. It is very comfortable to stay. The hotel can also help to send postcards. The restaurant in the hotel is also delicious.

Very good hotel, big room

非常温馨，安全，安靜的酒店，免費停車，酒店內綠樹環繞，好幾棵很粗很高的紅杉樹。酒店房間窗外就是乾淨清澈的水池，有錦鯉還有一衹鴨子，哈哈。酒店有個小泳池，親子游不錯。房間很整潔精緻，床很舒適，是非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。

The Hotel was great for zs travelling with a toddler. Nice area and great playgrounds in proximity :)

Museum quality artwork from Papua New Guinea throughout the grounds. Water features with ducks and koi. Warm and clean swimming pool. Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet room.

I stay at Dinah's whenever I can, it is a great option, I am willing to pay a bit more to stay here because it is clean, quiet, very nice, good restaurant, great staff.

Always a pleasure staying here. The rooms are always kept up to date and staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a convenient choice and the heated swimming pool always available. The gardens and pond give it the added flair worth coming back.

Beautiful property. Loved the ponds and gardens. Like being on Kauai. Room service excellent. Shower pressure a little low (on 3rd floor)
