It was nice and quiet specially for a long weekend time. The room was OK. Comfortable beds and pillows. The floor needs to be cleaned better and there some ants walking around more visible in the bathroom. I think needs some spray before the summer officially starts. The pool was not ready no towels provided until Sunday. The jacuzzi was hot but only 4 jets out of 12 were working. I cleaned the leaves and tree brushes and... inside the pool and spa before using it myself ....

Location📍: on the way from San Francisco to the Silicon Valley and approximate 30 mins drive to the Silicon Valley. Nice choice if you plan to travel on self drive as there is no parking fee and the room is quite big with all the necessary facilities. There are also supermarkt around it within few minutes drive. Amenities🌐: a little bit old but still acceptable and in accordance to the price range.

First off, I'd like to give a shout-out to the night shift front desk person Tony. He was very courteous and thoughtful in helping me on my arrival day (12 midnight) and assisted with all my needs. Thank you Tony for your efforts! For the hotel in general, it seems the place is understaffed but I believe that is how other hotels operate nowadays post COVID. The location is great and is right in the middle of where I want to be north and south of Bay Area. Many rental car locations nearby so I was able to get to one within 10 mins radius. For the room, I stayed in the king bedroom pool side with patio. The bed was very comfortable and clean. However, the downside was that the connecting room doors were paper thin, and the gap between the door and the floor was more than an inch high, so I could pretty much hear every word the person was saying in the other room. They need to fix that or else guests really don't have any privacy at all. I apologize to the couple in the room next to me because I was on a call at 3am in the morning and didn't realize I had woken them up until they started talking and I knew how bad the sound isolation was. After that, whether it was day or night time, I had to resort to whispering all my conversations because I knew people could hear me in the other rooms.

Attended a concert at the shoreline and this hotel was great! The location was good and the staff was too! The outdoor patio and pool area was beautiful and breakfast was a great buffet. We would definitely stay here again.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend on the outstanding and patience service bu Anthony Godinet at the front desk. Anthony is a great asset to your hotel.

The main building is in poor shape. The entire building is severely sloped with about a 3 inch drop every 10 feet or so. If you are not accustomed to it be ready to get somewhat seasick for a day or two get accustomed to it. The worst part is sleeping with your head significantly lower than your feet. Horrible. If you must stay there insist on a room in the newer addition. On the positive side the rooms were super clean and staff was friendly.

The room was huge and was the room the Beatles stayed in during their US tour in the 1960s. This was a nice surprise. The breakfast was good with a good selection of hot food.

I read online reviews before, and some people said that the hotel was discriminatory when giving rooms. I didn't think so at the time, and still made the reservation. As a result, when checking in, the poolside king bed room was given to a room on the second floor with a view of the pool. . Communicated with the front desk and showed her the pictures on Ctrip.com, swimming pool side, not swimming view... The front desk still refused to admit that the room was wrong and asked us to contact/confirm/clarify with the third party who made the reservation. . I thought my lungs would explode with anger once this communication was completed. In terms of strategy, I didn’t argue about right or wrong and just requested to change to a room by the pool on the first floor. The front desk said that only twin rooms are available. (Actually, at the time of communication, the poolside double bed room I booked on Ctrip still showed that the room was available and could be booked...) It was Thanksgiving and public parking was free. The hotel is not exempt and still charges a parking fee of $15.

There is no safe in the room, no way to safely store valuables. The wardrobe is set in the toilet, which is a bit strange.

The environment of the hotel is beautiful, the houses are clean and tidy, and the service is very good. On the first night when we slept, we heard a noise like an exhaust fan outside. The next day we reported it to the front desk and changed our room. The new room and bathroom were bigger than the previous one. We lived very comfortably.

There was no hot water supply, but the front desk patiently went to the restaurant and poured two bottles of water.

Inexpensive and high-quality hotels, after all, it is rare to live in a star-rated chain hotel below 1,000 in the United States, and breakfast is included, so I am satisfied. When checking in, if the front desk is busy, you can choose remote, and the staff is more patient.
