Room is spacious and clean. Staffs onsite are kind and friendly to address to any issues or enquires that you may have. All in all, very satisfied with the stay and will definitely return back again to the same hotel for the next trip.

Everything was going fine until a mal-trained employee behind the desk Gloria was hugely unprofessional ant check out and gave some horrendous hospitality. She needs to be retrained. Left an extremely Bad taste at the very end of what would have been a fine trip

The room is clean in every detail. Fir me, the bed is softer than most hotels' bed.

The hotel is very new and has its own parking lot, which costs $26 per day. There is a dedicated parking person, and you need to tip separately. The service staff are very enthusiastic. There is also a Chinese sister at the front desk who can communicate in Chinese, very kind! The only drawback is that the bath water is too small…

The overall environment of the AC Hotel by Marriott Palo Alto is clean and tidy with complete facilities. It is also convenient to go to Palo Alto Downtown, Stanford University and the shopping center. Next time I go to the Bay Area, I will choose to stay at the AC Hotel!
