Excellent room condition

The environment is OK. But the attitude of the front desk was very indifferent. I stayed for two days for convenience. I called the bank and found out that it was deducted by the hotel. The hotel said it was a deposit, but they didn't communicate with me at all when I checked in. Wasn't the deposit deducted when I checked in? How could it be automatically deducted from my credit card the next day without telling us? It has not been refunded yet. The room I booked the next day did not include breakfast. In the morning, I went to the front desk to buy breakfast coupons. The front desk asked us to eat directly in the restaurant. I thought it was directly deducted from the deposit. As a result, the breakfast was originally 15 yuan per person, but in the end it was calculated according to the a la carte price. Fortunately, Ctrip assisted in solving everything. I have lived in a hotel in the United States for half a month, and this experience is not good 👎

The hotel is located near Stanford, which is very convenient. It is very convenient for transportation, shopping and eating. The hotel is very clean and the service is very homely.
