Tibisay Hotel Boutique Margarita

The hotel is a little outside the "centre" of Margarita and therefore a taxi is needed to get around and visit the various beaches. However, the hotel has a beach club right in front for those who don't want to move. Breakfast acceptable but not irresistible (we are talking about a top class hotel). BAD Internet and for a hotel of that category it is not a good business card. Very helpful and kind staff. I did not use the restaurant. There is a very nice and popular gym room on the top floor.

Where to start… from arrival the reception staff is not at all happy, receptive or pleasant. Very few people in the hotel really make you feel welcome and at ease. Of the 5 people you pass to get to your room, maybe one or two say good morning or say hello. The room is completely full of humidity since it does not have integral air or windows, the air does not circulate and it also has an unpleasant smell thanks to the poor plumbing system in which every time you use the bathroom you have the entire room with an unbearable smell. We complained and of course they did nothing about it. The bath water is practically sea water, excessively salty. We had to ask for an executive refrigerator because apparently it is not normal to have it in the rooms and it was the only thing they responded for. As for the rest, all the requests I made for the room were never answered (ice, shower cap, etc.) The breakfast is super poor, apart from being the worst coffee I had in my life (I don't pay for a 5 hotel). stars for a poor service that I enjoy much more at home) on two occasions it came to me with hair. On top of that I have to bring my own Splenda because they keep hiding it instead of adding it as part of the service. And if you want a decent coffee they charge you separately. The food looks like it had been reheated for a week, everything was dry and stiff. Apart from that the variety is really limited. The innkeepers are eager to gossip about the guests instead of providing good service. Wi-Fi is practically non-existent. The TV in the room is minimal. There is no one on staff who speaks English. The pool area is completely dead, it doesn't really make you want to be there. In my 1 week stay I was not there even once. It is not a hotel where you feel on vacation or invites you to relax and enjoy. It is not a hotel that deserves to have 5 stars. Terrible experience. If it weren't for the location or the fact of having the beach in front, there really is nothing to rescue.

Excellent hotel, with a wonderful location, super attentive staff always aware of the clients' needs, the workers at the buffet restaurant were the best, especially Henry, the views from the room were incredible, the beach club was a true gem, everything was very clean, super delicious food, very varied breakfasts, in short if you want to have the best experience on the beautiful island of Margarita I recommend the Tibisay hotel, we hope to return soon.

Lo más deficiente es la atención. Al parecer cree que te hace un favor al atenderte. El wifi es pesimo, demasiado intermitente. Al hablar con el staff de la recepción sobre los problemas del wifi me indicaron que enviarían a alguien a apoyarme... Nunca llegó. En el buffet del desayuno no reponen con la debida frecuencia las bandejas que se terminan y al hablar con el staff responden de mala gana. De no ser por el club de playa que queda al cruzar la calle y cuyo servicio no depende del hotel, la experiencia hubiera sido poco menos que miserable. No recomiendo este hotel.

Bonita noche, el hotel es muy moderno, buenas instalaciones, tiene un club de playa en frente que es muy agradable con restaurantes bien buenos y un bar con música agradable, en la playa hay tumbonas y mesas, ahí eso si llegaba un olor muy malo, la arena un poco negra, pero la experiencia en resumen fue buena

Спасибо персоналу за отзывчивость и заботу. Так получилось, что из России я оказалась здесь одна, но в отеле все отнеслись с пониманием и помогали с отдыхом. Чистый, комфортный, современный отель. В номерах все доя отдыхающих есть: утюг, кофеварка, кофе и сахар всегда был, фен и все принадлежности для комфортного пребывания в отеле. Кровати удобные, убирают чисто ежедневно. Готовят вкусно и разнообразно. Море видно из окна номера, все рядом. Я рекомендую этот отель всем своим друзьям

Good rooms, perhaps they need better lighting mainly in the bathroom but nothing that cannot be improved. The facilities were very well maintained such as the pool, the gym. The service at the pool bar was excellent. I would love to remember the name of the man who served us because he was really very attentive. Very nice beach club, good music, excellent drinks. It would only be good if they included the option of picking up guests at the airport upon arrival as an included hotel service.

A wonderful Hotel, it stands out for its cleanliness and customer service. I would like to mention Henry and Ramón in the restaurant, the presentation of the dishes there is excellent. We also loved a tavern in the parking lot called a beach bar where Angel and Amanda work, both high-class hosts, not only for their good treatment but also for their professionalism. It is impossible to be in the hotel without going through that establishment every day. My Congratulations to the entire team and managers. Despite being under renovation, the beach club provided spectacular service. Just point out that the hotel pool has very cold water and at night the air conditioning in the rooms is deficient or poor .
