Best Hotels near Hierapolis, Pamukkale

Местоположение хорошее. Сама деревушка маленькая, бедная. Среди такого найти достойную гостиницу не просто. Питание на завтраке не как в отелеях на побережье, но все же лучше, чем ничего. Фрукты, овощи, суп, омлет - все есть. Детям и сухие завтраки и молоко тоже есть. В остальное время по меню можно заказывать еду. Ценник приемлемый. Салат 75лир, Порция мяса 120-170. В самом номере есть то, что уже можно отремонтировать, но это не критично. Белье чистое, тапочки, полотенца, халаты, фен (но слабый) Вода в номере при заезде бесплатная. Рядом магазины, небольшой супермаркет на дороге. Можно купить воду, шоколадки/конфетки, напитки, детское питание, взрослое питание)). До Памуккале 5 мин на машине.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Average sized room with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Room was clean and modern, few English channels on TV. Good parking,.loads of spaces. Walking distance to the village of Pamukkale and short drive to the main entrace of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. It is also a short drive to Loadicea (archeological site) and Denizli (we went up the cable car) Best thing about this hotel was the food, bountiful selections of food during breakfast, the buffet counters were overflowing with food! Dinner were also big portions, we had the set meal that cost around 140-150 Turkish Lira (£7-7.50) and the food for the 2 course meal was delicious. Staff were nice. We enjoyed our short stay here.

From the outside, the hotel seems welcome and pleasant. However, since our first contact with the team, we were surprised by their cold: they didn't want to be paid by bank cards, saying they had no reader, while we could see him behind the counter. Then we were taken to our room: it had no air conditioning, which resulted in a constant smell of moisture, in addition to very unpleasant moisture. I think it is dangerous to stay in this atmosphere several nights, especially for young children. In addition, the materials used in the bathroom are not of quality: the washing machine is not well fluided and the toilets evacuate the fluids through a hole located next to it, not below ... I let you imagine the problem. The breakfast was good, but no more, just industrial products. The swimming pool was not accessible, but I can't complain about it, it's just the beginning of the season. The location is very good, I can't remove it from them. We have paid the next day of our arrival: since then, no kindness, no exchange, even no hello or smile. Even when we left, they didn't even come to the courtyard, but just set us from their sofa. I understand that some tourists may be afflicted and unpolite, that this profession is not always easy, but I do not understand this attitude. Finally, the price was not so high, but I had to write this message for families who will pay the high price this summer and who will face these disfunctions.

The room is clean and the air conditioner is good, and the balloon is flying every morning from the rooftop. I can see the lime shelf. I arrived in the morning, but I prepared a room early and I was able to swim in the pool and relax. It is a pity that the village of pamukkale itself is not lively, but the inn can go to the entrance of the lime shelf on foot, so you can go back without worrying about time and rest in a warm shower and a cold room. Mini bus and supermarket are close.

I am absolutely appalled by the standard of practice of eliminating the risk of Corona virus by this hotel. We came from a very long trip with high expectations of staying and resting at a clean and well known franchise hotel in Turkey. There are posters with information and rules of staying safe with the Corona Virus visible and there was also a disinfectant spray procedure carried out on our luggages. But it is all for show. The staff member had no idea what was being used in the disinfectant spray. Nothing is being genuinely practiced. The hygiene practice was absolutely disgusting. We went into our room to find the floors had not been cleaned. When we tried to contact the reception to notify them, no one had picked up the phone. We also tried the landline contact number a couple of times and again no answer. My husband had to walk down to reception and ask the staff to change our rooms immediately. The staff were not attentive and did not attend to our request immediately. When the staff member had arrived, he took us to the room and didn’t offer to take our multiple luggage’s to the new room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Run as far away as you can!!!

The hotel is clean, tge rooms are fantastic. The staff is exemplary. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and missed breakfast but the restaurant looked awesome. We left to kusadasi 3 hours away and Unfortunately 1 of our travelers forgot their insulin. The staff safely gathered our medication and put it in a carefully sealed bag, arranged a taxi and had the medication delivered to us in kusadasi 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what any hotel staff would do. I shopped for hotels relentlessly and this looked by far the best and cleanest hotel in the Denizli or pumakalle area and it was. Only 15 minutes from Hieropolis. Even without the medication snafu the service was incredible. çok teşekkür ederim from Bisher

A beautifully set property at the gates of Pamukkale, the hotel has a very beautiful plants around and Turkish lamps and evil eye decor all through with a small garden and patio at the entrance with a lovely pool. The hotel is family owned and owners give an eye and word to all guests, they would personally ensure all our requirements were met and they happily guided us for our tours and plans - thank you. We stayed in a family room which was large with a balcony and had 2 twin beds and 1 single bed all of which were super comfortable - the room, wash room and patio were clean and tidy. The balcony had a good Mountain View with sunset view. Breakfast was sumptuous, tabled in Turkish style.. it included jams, breads, honey, cheese, olives, fruits etc. which was all delicious. Being vegetarians our menu of eggs and meat was replaced with Cheese fingers and French fries on all 3 days of our stay.. no complaints but the restaurant could have been a bit more creative here. In all we had a nice stay at White Heavens and thank the owners and their family members and the motivated team for making it a wonderful stay.

Petit hôtel familial propre et bien tenu très bien placé à 15/20mn à pieds de l entree des traversins de pamukkale. Les chambres sont grandes, propres avec tout le confort d un 4*. La piscine,la terrasse paysagee sont très jolies et bien entretenues. Parking gratuit sur place. Petit déjeuner au top et possibilité de restauration à bon prix. Accueil chaleureux, personnel serviable

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! I forgot to take a photo of the interior of the hotel. We have two people, booked a triple room, a large house, and a balcony. In the morning, you can see the hot air balloons flying over Pamukkale. The hotel can enjoy free hot springs and several swimming pools. Do a Turkish massage. Breakfast is OK, overall it is good.
