Room and service both are pretty good, and it is close to the scenic spot, you can ask anything to the reception on your travelling plan

Nice hotel but it’s not a cat friendly hotel, they order the dogs to attack the cats :/

Breakfast spread is particularly amazing. Room is clean and big sized. Only small drinking water is given. Easy to find and very near the thermal pool entrance.

Stayed here for Pamukkale. The room is not very good and old. Don't live on the fourth floor. There is no elevator and it is very tiring to move boxes. The fourth floor has a nice view and a small balcony. There are many people and the boss gave a multi-person room with four beds.

Our room was on the fifth floor with a balcony, from which we could see Pamukkale not far away. The room was quite comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel, the food was delicious, and they also provided wine made from grapes grown in their own vineyards.

Nice hotel, 10 minutes by car to Pamukale, average breakfast, good rooms.

酒店乾淨整潔，大堂和餐廳是時牆和木框玻璃門的裝修，還挺漂亮的。工作人員禮貌友好，服務意識強。房間還帶小陽台，顯得很明亮。缺點是沒有電梯，但是入住的時候工作人員幫忙提了行李。退房的時候是我自己搬的，不過我一個男生又是下樓，也沒覺得很麻煩。早餐沒有很豐盛，不過值這個價。

Pamukkale travetines is within 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel owner and his staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel breakfast is delicious with generous portion. Had dinner in the hotel and the lamb skewer and chicken curry was tasty.

The staff was so sweet! Shout out to Burshra. she was so sweet and helpful with finding activities to do. It is almost like a bed a breakfast, the food in the morning was delicious and we loved how small and cute the town was! 10/10 recommend.

Hotel well located with a pool which is perfect after the visit to the Pumakkale site. Excellent breakfast. The owner is friendly and resourceful. Highly recommended.

Hotel was nice ,very clean ,unique, welcoming, feeling like home .Rooms spacious, clean with comfortable beds. The owners and staff were very nice and helpful. Specially the owners daughter Nurselin was very knowledgeable and helpful, informative about the highlights of the eria.If i ever come back to Pamukkale I will definitely stay at Merlose House Hotel

The setting of the hotel was quaint. The owner is very graceful and a good host. The room was comfortable. No elevator, though, so it was tough dealing with luggage. We had dinner, and even though the menu was limited, it was delicious! Great breakfast too! Cats in the dining area were mildly unpleasant. Small, but practical parking lot. Overall, a good experience.
