All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

Had great time

We really love this experience in Pamukkale, not only because of the clean and big room, and also the lovely treat from the hotel. As we stayed here to spend our Chinese New Year's Eve, the host treat us some great wine and drinks. We can drive just 5 mins to Pamukkale which is really convenient. More importantly, the breakfast is wonderful, we enjoyed a lot! Thank you!

This hotel was the coziest one we stayed in during our entire trip. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us various recommendations, including for the spa and hot air balloon rides. The room was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided free beer, and the breakfast was rich. Upon departure, the owner even gifted us local handicrafts as a present.

Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. It was our first time to came in Turkey so we booked white heaven suite hotel for 2 days. Hotel’s reception, officer was very kind and friendly as well morning breakfast was too delicious to eat with scrambled eggs, cheese, many fruits and coffee. They always give us for free drinks including orange juice, beers, water. For instance, they help us how to book day or private travel, booking taxi, so on. One of the most exciting thing is swimming pool. It was great experience highly recommended place

The good reviews of this hotel really need to be considered... We checked in late, and the front desk arranged the wrong room. We were arranged to a room on the second floor facing the street and it looked like a mezzanine... Because we were very tired after playing in Istanbul that day, and the late flight arrived late, I fell asleep with my baby... Then, I was woken up by a phone call from the front desk at 2 a.m., and after asking for a long time, they said that they had mistaken the guests of the hot air balloon... They hung up the phone without even saying sorry... We were woken up by the sound of a bus outside on the street at 4 a.m.... At 6 a.m., the baby was woken up by bug bites in the room... The whole family got up and found that there were many big red bites on their hands and feet... The baby's face There were big red envelopes on the head... I got up and communicated with the old man at the front desk. He said that we were given the wrong room last night. We booked a room with a pool view, but how come we were arranged to a street-facing room? The old man said that we had already stayed there, so that was the room we approved... Then he ignored the big red envelopes on the child's face and head. Their room was very clean, and we were bitten before we checked in... I really don't want to be angry... Fortunately, Ctrip's online customer service is quite powerful and recovered some of the losses... But I sincerely remind my friends that the location of this hotel is not that good, you can ignore the hygiene and service, and you have to stay there...

I only stayed in the hotel for one night. The lady at the front desk and one or two other staff members I met were very nice. However, the male Turkish boss I met at breakfast was extremely rude and spoke in a sarcastic tone, which made me feel racially discriminated against. I suggest you avoid him.

It is very close to Pamukkale and a 10-minute walk to the scenic spot. There are few tourists during the off-season. The grandpa at the front desk helped us upgrade the room type for free. However, the bed sheets and pillows were not very clean. The bathroom was very old but the service was very good.
