Room is specious. Hotel is in good location and as per price hotel is good. Beach is near to 2km and ****** is 2. 5 km.

1. the rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. the lift is only up to the 2nd floor. 2. service is unprofessional and unorganised. 3. even the toiletries are not provided properly. 4. issue with the ac functions. 5. not worth compared to costs.

Very congested. Didnt get secure vibe during our stay. When we were outside and came back, there was smoky smell in the room.

We haven't used the services. Rude behavior by the staff. Pathetic premises. We haven't stay for one day alo while asking for refund staff is refusing. Arrogant behavior. Don't believe in google reviews it's all fake reviews. We have lost our 26000. Even make my trip alo not supporting

Property was new and nice but location wise didn’t like it as there was no parking space. One *** came and spoke rudely to us while driving our way out from the property who told you to park here ?

Lack of Basic Amenities • Please don't believe on review rating and the name of the hotel. • There is no star rating for this property. • Also the lift is not suitable for hefty person. Unprofessional and Rude Staff • This property don't look like the way they show in the photo. • My cousin sister requested the hotel reception to help her husband to get inside the lift to go the reception area. • But the reception boy came from the reception was rude. Refusal to Refund Booking Amount • Further, they are not refunding the hotel booking amount as we were not able do check in to this property. • MakeMyTrip team trying hard to resolve the issue with the hotel. But still the hotel management adament for the refund. Stating that they can't go against the hotel policy. Expectations for Improvement • I hope the hotel may improve the hotel infrastructure and be kind enough and have some professional ethics and humanity.

Unpleasant Experience at the Hotel 🏨❌ Lack of Basic Amenities • Don't trust the review ratings or the hotel's name. #FakeReviews #NoStars • This place doesn't deserve any stars! 🚫⭐ • The lift is a hazard for anyone who's not a featherweight. 🏋️♂️🚫 Unprofessional and Rude Staff 😡👎 • The photos are a total scam! 📸❌ • My cousin's husband needed help getting into the lift to reach the reception, but the rude reception boy refused to assist. 😤😡 Refusal to Refund Booking Amount 💰❌ • They won't refund our booking even though we couldn't check in. 🤬 • MakeMyTrip is trying to resolve the issue, but the hotel management is stubbornly refusing to refund us, claiming they can't break their ridiculous hotel policy. 🤦♂️🤷♂️ Expectations for Improvement 🤞 • I hope they upgrade their facilities, show some basic human decency, and learn some professional ethics. 🙏 #BetterHotels #CustomerServiceMatters
