I was told I couldn't stay without a Japanese government-issued ID with address other than a passport, so I canceled.
They said they would refund me, but I still haven't received it.

Location is in the heart of city centre,a big plus. Rooms are maintained clean. The staff is caring and supportive. Food is good. Overall, good experience!

If you want best stay in Goa must try treehouse Neptune. Great ambiance, Comfortable rooms and stunning service. All the staff are exceptional specially Priya Amit Umesh Sanjay and Sumanth , always there to welcome you and help you. Whole the team are awesome. Thanks for making my stay that much comfortable and joyful. I will definitely visit again .
