Toilet seat was broken had to hover to use, bathroom sink was leaking and no faucet aerator so the water just sprayed, the pull out bed was broken so my children didn’t have a place to sleep. The amenities weren’t working so unusable as well. Staff was nice, but the stay ******.

For the price I can't complain. but if we decided to come back in May I would not stay. The bathroom was horrible the walls need touching up all cabinet doors where hanging off. Beds where ok frontdesk people where great. The pool was so nasty like it hasn't been touched in over a month. If it had a touch up and the bathroom fixed it would be a great motel.

Ian went above and beyond for us!! He and the rest of the staff were friendly, inviting and very courteous. We defiantly recommend staying here! Nothing was overlooked on our stay! Perfect! 🌟

The customer service was amazing and the location was perfect. You can go on the balcony and there is the ocean. My only complaints were that the shower was dirty and the room was a bit outdated

Very dirty
Floors had trash on them mold everywhere in the bathrooms they said there were no rooms available to do room swap so I clean the floors myself with one of their towels and the towel was black afterwards

One elevator was broke most of the time but at one point both elevators were broke and we were on the 7th floor. There was an oven but no pans to bake with. The kitchen sink didn’t drain. No one ever came to give fresh towels or take the trash. When I went to check in they had my phone number under a different name which they blamed on *******.

The ice machines don't work. The bathroom had a big pile of hair under the sink. The outdated phone in the bedroom section was broken. There was only one remote to use for two different tvs.

The room had black mold, broken doors and broken parts on the stove. It worked fine for a last minute reservation for one night but I would not recommend this hotel at all. I was a little scared and grossed out to stay. The pool is also freezing cold and not heated and the hot tub is not functional.

The ocean view I loved but the cleanness room was terrible, water leakage at faucet in kitchenette, carpet looked very dirty and dingy., hair in the shower and floor in bathroom looked like it had mold, floors stained bad and hot tub was nasty and unclean

It was not great at all. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Maintenance worked on it and left our door open while going for tools. Bedroom door was nonexistent. Hot tub broke, laundry broke. Pretty disgusting as far as cleanliness goes.

It was so terrible that we had to find another hotel to enjoy our trip. There wasnt a working fire alarm, the TV in our room did not work well, there were no ice machine and the TIki bar was closed, the bathroom door did not lock, the so called heated pool was freezing and disgusting(cigarette butts and trash floating in the water)and very cloudy, the hot tub was freezing also, and the water in the sinks did not drain. The lady at the front desk was real polite and said we would get a full refund for the time we did not stay for the inconvenience. That was the only good we got out of Beachcomber.

Check in was at 4pm, our room wasn't ready till 630pm. The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. The water in the shower took forever to get hot. It rarely got hot in the sink. The pool was cloudy and dirty, the hot tub wasnt hot and didnt work.

This was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel property. First, I asked to pay in two installments so when I got to the date j would only pay half- they charged me the full amount; second, after driving 5 hours they are an hour and half behind on check ins; I wait by pool; then no towels, no hot water and no ice on property. The floors in the room were filthy- I cleaned them myself with the one bathmat they provided and Clorox Cleanup. I thought ok …I’ll head to the beach and saw lounge chairs there- only to find out they are $10/hr rentals doing was asked to move.. I work hard for a living and was really looking forward to a nice beach getaway. There was no food on property and finding breakfast was a challenge. Last but not least, the road in front of hotel was under construction full of rocks, potholes. The whole building was run down and dirty. The rates weren’t cheap either so overall..it was a “never again” experience.
