Good location, friendly and informative staff, cleanish rooms.

Front desk staff seemed lost waited over 20 min for 1 couple in front of us.they said they would call us when room was ready they never did.we went back 4 hrs later and they said yea it was ready and they directed us to the corner of the building we went there and there was no rooms here it ended up being a completely different building I would not recommend

Location was good. Buildings are poorly maintained. It was decent for the money.

Not clean and do not recommend using Trip.com

Great location. Friendly staff and very helpful. However the facility in the actual rooms is really run down. Needs a deep clean as well. Lots of bugs and even roaches.

The staff was very rude and rudely would not let us book a forth night in a row, and kicked my wife out into the cold weather while I was at work, after I had booked another night

People are great and the place is amazing! Thank you all for a great place to stay!

The room needs to be updated, tv wasn’t working, the lamp wasn’t working no outlet for it, the room smelled like straight urine, I asked can someone come up with bleach and clean it again, they sent someone with a spray bottle smh, on top of that no one visited my room to touch up and bring towels, I kept calling for two days straight for someone to bring me towels, no one did, no booking again.

Great location close to pineapple Willy’s . To get into any of the rooms beside the first floor there are 4 concrete steps this made getting luggage and beach stuff in and out of your room rough. The room we stayed in was very awkward and right from walking in room and bathroom being at an angle. They also advertised two pools . We were not able to go where the condos pool location they had a guard there who said you had to stay in condos

Tiny TV, fuzzy channels. Arrived at 4pm didn't get in the room until nearly 6pm after finally going up to the desk and inquiring only to find out room was ready. Hotel itself is in shabby condition, not one piece of furniture in the huge lobby, food service rarely available. Had a decent stay, not $165 a night worthy.

Good for the price especially since its on the beach... nothing fantastic about the place. Others complain of roaches we did not see any.. the beds were not good you sink right into them. Last night we had a leak over our shower and called the front desk for maintenance and they never came!! But other than that it was a good stay.

Rooms needs updated,double beds need queen beds however, room was clean. Wouldn’t stay at location again.
