Ramada by Wyndham Panama City Beach / Beachfront

The location was perfect. BUT, at check in, I noticed the person seemed to be extremely young- as if he was a kid. Then after FINALLY finding our room, my son used the toilet and it clogged with very minimal paper. It flooded the entire bathroom. I called for a plunger, towels and cleaning products in which after waiting 45 minutes for finally decided to go to the nearest DG and purchase my own stuff. When I called down to the desk to ask them what the hold up was, I was told “nobody has been there yet?” So I said not to worry and I’ll get the situation handled myself. The room was DISGUSTING. Black mold everywhere. There was a wig in one of the drawers to the dresser. Pulling the sheets back there was all different types of “hair bunnies”. The hot tub did not work. The pool and spa both were dirty, and had black mold. I was on the first floor- was given no direction on how to locate the room- when darkness hit, there was very limited lighting and had an extremely eerie feeling. Would not recommend, especially if staying with children. If you ask me, the whole place really needs to be shut down.

I never got to check in and they never refunded me or gave me a credit

Part 2: I was charged a resort fee ... for what? The room had a stale odor. The place needs to be closed and remodeled. At least bring it up to code. There was no continental breakfast in lobby but rather next door. We had dinner there the night before and was not excited about returning. The tables were sticky. The waitress was in a bad mood. Took over 30 mins to get our meal. The coffee was too strong/bitter. I will NOT be returning.

This hotel is disgusting. There is trash everywhere. The pool water is green. There are no lights in hallways or pool area. The rooms are filthy and smelled like urine. Wifi does not work. And they took an additional $250 deposit after I arrived without my knowledge

this place is embarrassingly nasty roaches in the room. AC doesn’t work. The pool and hot tub is nasty. The hot tub doesn’t work and it smells.

The hotel is located in a great spot. However it is run down and the refrigerator didn't keep anything cool. Just ok...that's all I can say

Rooms were nasty!! No stove like were promised.. the bathroom was in horrible condition!! Tear this place down and start over

There’s absolutely no outside lighting on the beach level rooms. Fiancé couldn’t even leave me in the room alone because there was a guy standing by our room with a knife out, just looking around. Bunch of sketchy people here.

I stayed here with my sister-in-law, my mother-in-law and our five children at one point the Deadbolt in our room got jammed and we were locked inside of our room. The lady at the front desk had no concern when my sister-in-law who was on the outside of the door, went up there to let her know what was going on and was too busy on her phone To be worried at the fact that we were locked in our room with no way out they ended up having to cut our door off to allow us to get out after about an hour and a half of Waiting Same there was a fire Directly two rooms above us We were never informed we only found out due to needing to get a new key for our room and being trampled by the hundreds of firefighters the room was never cleaned before we got there. It was just a terrible experience all in all.
