The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the air freshener sprayed in the lobby smells bad. The attitude of CHECK-IN in the lobby is poor. Guests who arrive early have to wait until 3 pm to start checking-in. After 3 pm, the efficiency of queuing up is very slow. The food for breakfast is basically the same every day, not tasty. The swimming pool on the roof is very slippery, and there are no handrails by the pool, which caused me to fall in the swimming pool.

Hotel has a luxurious feel and is an oasis in an otherwise quite rough city. We spent 3 nights and due to my husband having a cold we stayed in the hotel more than we normally would. The room was spotless, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Rainfall shower with hot water (a first for us since arriving in Panama 5 weeks ago). Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. Good gym, lovely little pool and rooftop area.

todo excelente y muy lindo, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente al principio pero todo muy bien, personal atento y las instalaciones muy bonitas, su ubicación es esencial, brinda la opcion de desayuno que es rico, pero incluso a dos cuadras queda un restaurante de comida extranjera muy rico que se llama donde el tio, buena opcion para almuerzo y cena
