Hotel El Panama by Faranda Grand, a Member of Radisson Individuals

We booked a king room for 3 nights which was big and very nice but we needed more room for clothes etc. I went to the front desk and asked Christian if we could pay to upgrade to the king suite. Christian asked if we would like to see the suite first and took us there. It was huge and well appointed and we said that we would like it. We all went back to the front desk and when we asked for the price increase Christian informed us that there would be no extra charge and to enjoy our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom had double sinks and a whirlpool tub. Furniture was top notch and there were 2 flat screen tv's. Huge thanks to Christian for making our stay exceptional.

This is a nice place to stay just for really good service of some people. Thanks to Lesbi who always helped us with essential things like towels, soap and clean our room. Front desk staff Adrean and Christian helped us Every single time than we needed, very sweets and professional. We were always happy to see them. They attended to our requests. But we have to say…. Pictures of rooms are deceiving. We arrived to a big room with a moldy air problem.. that was not a premium room and we paid for that… they showed us another room option and gave us a REALLY premium room. The sushi bar.. amazing, the breakfast.. fantastic and the pool… wonderful especially with the sun and music. We’ll probably come back.

The Metro was close by and had a ****** and Breakfast was in included and very good. The staff was amazing!

My stay was a great experience.The room assigned was utterly enjoyable and perfect for my age . Breakfast staff was excellent, friendly as well as professional. As a suggestion, I would point that some areas need minimal reparations so as to preserve the prestige and charm of this Hotel.
