Sherbaug A Theme Park and Resort

The tree house was absolutely badly maintained with both lizards and mice inside ***** with cockroaches and ants. There were tree twigs in the bathtubs. The fan was laced with dust at least a century old. It was leaking from the roof and floor both during rain. When called for service, they said without apologising that we will give you 500 rs back as that's how much extra we charge for ac. He said something on the line of, i haven't leaked the gas myself. What can i do? then when asked about whether any mouse will enter the cottage, we were given answers like just keep the door closed. There was no hot water. When i called for room service, at 3. 30, i was told that the evening snack menu will start from 4 and now you will get order from the main course. When we ordered pane-er chilly and didn't receive the order till 4. 30, he said that now only tea is available. Eventually we checked out on the same day and booked another place to sleep.

We, family of four, planned a stay here for a night. However, due to issues with cab, we reached the resort quiet late in the night. Since it was already dark, we could not really experience the resort and spend the evening as we planned to. The room was pretty neat, clean and was very comfortable. Food was not great but decent enough for the price. Next day, we got up early in the morning to walk around the property. It is a nice property with tent houses, tree houses etc. We get to play in the water park as part of the accommodation and it was thoroughly enjoyable. It was a nice and pleasant experience. Overall, it was a good property for the price and gave us a pleasant stay experience.

Lush green property, chirping birds, chill and relax on swings and seating. Breakfast with variety and quality.

It is a nice and calm traditional property with lots of greenery and a water park basically simulates rain. variety of rooms and tents available to choose from. nice place for family and kids to walk around. overall value for money

My stay there was terrible. Tv was not working. Bed sheet was stained & dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned. There was no indoor seating in the restaurant & it was very uncomfortable to seat outside when it was windy & cold. Air conditioner remote was not working. Only good thing about the resort is there employee called satish

Stay at sherbaug was fabulous, the property is ethnic and has a tint of vintage life very fantastic, food is good

Bathroom is not in good condition. Leaking. No intercom, no internet. The good about the tent is it is situated in natural environment. Requires tremendous improvement in all sections

1. Hotel is not worth spending money 2. Water park is of poor quality where you need to pay extra charges apart from your stay 3. When you will enter hotel they will ask to deposit 1000rs which is not mentioned anywhere. 4. Ac room quality is poor as my window curtain support fall when i tried to open it. Just mentioned it to share poor quality of rooms.

The ambience was good, the staff was very nice. Food quality can be improved. Good for the family stay.
