I’ve written two reviews good and bad. Good review – I don’t know where to start because it was such a fun and amazing experience !!!❤️💕❤️💕 I loved waking up in the morning and going down for breakfast I loved the muffins and watermelon🍉 and all the other foods 🍪🧋🍡 The view from the gigantic balcony was amazing. I could see from miles away! Wanna know more ?? Well I need to mention the beautiful hotel room, playground, and the deck !!! I would rate this hotel 4 stars Thank you so much!!! Bad review – The fridge was stinking very badly and it was very dirty. One of the bathroom was clean but really smelly!! We had to call the reception because the air conditioner started making loud noises and woke everyone up in the middle of the night At the gaming room the ice hockey was not working -BySarah Salman Gulamhusein

Location is very nice good view of bally from the upper rooms and from garden aeria now bottle little old need to renovate breakfast also little poor.

Only thing is good about this hotel is the view. Food was below average quality (found dead mosquito in the soup. Hotel cleanliness is average. Bathroom has lots of problems like hot water, shower not working, water clogging etc. Overall property was good.

Excellent property, especially valley facing rooms have awesome view. Food was also good. Overall a good place to stay in case one is visiting panchgani. P. S: rooms are strictly no smoking

Hotel location and property is great. Lots of green space and windy. Non view rooms have no balcony. The swimming pool was not cleaned. Water was green and could not be used during my stay of 6 days. Restaurant has limited waiters to attend and many times they need to be called and reminded

Stay at ravine was excellent, it was my 5th visit. It is awesome this time as well. 1. Property was excellent with superb garden and cleanliness. Huge space to spend with family with variety of garden types. 2. Food was exceptional excellent, super quality food. 100% marks to chefs. Restaurant manager is very very gentle and entire staff is very good and take care very well. Don't forget to enjoy breakfast at resto balcony, one of the best. 3. We stayed in valley facing room, heavenly experience. Very clean and maintained. 4. Room service is superb as well. Always there to take care very pleasing smile. 5. Reception greets well and make your stay relaxing.
