We reached an Hour before the check in time the rep at the reception said Check in will be done after an hour so we have to wait. Also the Primary travellers Name was incorrectly captured. below are the observations for your action/Reference: 1. Amenities as per Delux room were not provided until asked E;g Iron, Hair dryer 2. Dental kit not provided 3. Body soap and hand wash not sure when it was refilled it was smelling bad 4. For instead of ceiling Fan, Table Fan was attached to the wall. 5. Considering the weather heater should have been made available as temperature was falling below 18°c. 6. Only 2 mini water bottles were given as complimentary for 2 occupants 7. Only 2 items were available in breakfast that too were basic like Poha, Upma, Misal, and idali. No Eggs no juice no fruits Veg Food was average didn't try Non veg 8. Swimming pool wasn't that big enough as it looks in Pics - Didn't try 9. Towels were not properly cleaned/washed 10.For Indoor activities only Carrom, Table Tennis, and Wembley Foosball soccer. Best part - 1. Location - you can explore points from Panchgani as well as Mahabaleshwar as it's within 25-30 km range 2. The queen size bed 3.

I booked the hotel considering my previous stay there which was 7 years ago and it was satisfactory. However this time the hotel disappointed me completely. I believe there were hardly 3 or 4 guests in a hotel which can accommodate 50 at a time. Reception was always vacant with no one to attend. There was no maintenance at all. Even though the room was provided to us in a clean condition they didn’t clean it up again in evening even after we requested. Hygiene was satisfactory though. The geyzer was in working condition in both rooms i booked which is otherwise a big pain in other hotels. The food was unnecessarily expensive. They charged us 50rs for a tea and 80rs for boiled egg which contained 2 eggs. The paratha they provided was pathetic. It seemed half uncooked. Food was the most disappointing factor. Apart from this they didn’t provide a tooth paste even after we requested it. I had to go out and buy one for myself. The best part about this hotel was it is located right behind the main panchgani bust stop and also has a back door which opens straight into the bus stop that makes your walk into the market area very short and convenient. Overall i would rate them exactly 2. 5 out of 5 considering that they charge around 2500 bucks for a room with stay for 3 people max in one room. This is not exactly a value for money deal but it is cheap and can help you save money on the stay part so you can spend more else where. To summarise this i must say, *consider this hotel only for stay purpose if you are on a tight budget. Eat outside, even your breakfast. No. I already wrote all that was needed

The place is too good with peaceful environment, this was our 3rd trip at the same property, but this time since there were kids we stayed in the ground floor room with the sitout. Rooms need paint work, a. C's vents were missing, toilet seats were not attached to the w. C, it was detached. Seriously need to do the maintenance. Otherwise the property is the best ! hope in our next visit we would like to see the change. Thanks

It's a wonderful place to stay. It boasts beautiful surroundings and offers excellent amenities. Children can also enjoy themselves here. Staying at this place truly gives you the feeling of being in a complete hill station.

This is a small property, a bungalow re-purposed as a hotel. It's very close to the market and panchgani st bus stand. As it's in a bylane, there is parking space for only one car. The rooms are also quite small with space for just a bed and a one door cupboard. The view from the window is another building close by. No breakfast option.

No proper food service. I have booked for ac room but given non ac room where we can't open window because monkey are there. Any nice location and room was spacious can accommodate 3people easily. Overall stay was ok. Not too good not bad. Bathroom was cleaned and hygiene.
