staff was helpful and service was quick, has good dining / breakfast options, one thing which the hotel can improve is the supply of hot water in washroom in the morning time.

Clean room ,good room service ,best part was morning buffet breakfast. Good professional staff specialy front.restaurant staff was also helpful. Food was tasty and fresh.i want to stay again if I will be in Zirakpur

We stayed here enroute while traveling back to Manali. The hotel is decent but poorly maintained and though the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable the room facilities were a bit shabby in terms of poorly working AC, Chipping floors at different places and poor illumination. It's an ok place if you are traveling alone but I will currently not suggest it for stay with family purely for maintenance reasons as the staff was superb and went out of their way to service us.

It's a great experience, delicious food,price affordable, neat and clean rooms, service was delightful,menu is extensive, and the staff was very cooperative. Make great recommended.Love this place visit again and again. This is my favourite hotel.

Very nice stay with good food and good embience , nice staff special on front desk Rooms was clean . All covid 19 measures were kept in mind . security area are good. We got a good parking . House keping staff helpful.
