From the moment I arrived, the Front office staff (Ms. Daljeet ) at hotel ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable accommodations, delicious dining options, and impeccable housekeeping services ( Special thanks to Mr. Sadeep Sharma ) exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping deserves a huge thank you – and a raise. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was organized and the friendly demeanor of your team members. It was one of the most memorable stays in my life and Mr. Abhishek made it even more special by offering best in class services. They way he handles the guests is incredible .You have won me and my family as one of your permanent customers and I would love to recommend your hotel to my acquaintances - Thank you so much Mr. Abhishek - Stay Blessed. His persistence and compassion is the key of Front Desk. The presentation was as Mouthwatering - The taste of the food was just Out of the World Thankyou to Mr.Abhijeet Khot and his team – Outstanding . Everyone loved all the arrangements and Hospitality and Service was fabulous too. My family thoroughly enjoyed the food and were pleased with the friendly attitude of all the staff. We received prompt service and gracious response by Mr. Amandeep and Service Team were very efficient. It was a good stay at bella Vista. We checked in to deluxe room. Decent sized for two people. Common pool is also available and it is clean. Overall cleaning is good. Property has got mall area also which have got good food joints. The location is also very easy to locate. Would love to come back.

Great stay staff was good and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely coming back to this property in future. Good location easy to access all the local areas with sufficient time and food quality of hotel is best and be enjoyed our food also special thanks to ms Baljit kaur.

We booked bella vista for 1 night on our way back from palampur. Our expectations from an itc brand is much higher than what it delivered. While food at the coffee shop was good and no complaints on dishes and taste but the hotel infrastructure seemed completely run down. Rooms, bathrooms, spa facilities all needs an overhaul. Service standards were also not up to mark. While staff was good but has not been trained example that a starter needs to be served with soup / drinks, kitchen door needs to be kept shut as they serve guests very basics missing in an itc property. The discount promised at spa facilities was not provided in the final billing.

Stay was great. Well maintained property. Staff was couteous. Completely value for money

Everything except service is always good. Stayed in hotel for 1 night asked for 2 water bottles it came after 1 hour of follow ups in night time. Not at all satisfied with the in room seevice

The rooms were okay and clean but the towels were old and dirty. The service was super slow. We called for an ice bucket and it took almost an hour to come. The breakfast was slow and average as well.
