No early check in is allowed. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Room is clean but lack a table. Overall is not bad. Simple and nice

Hotel not pickup our call and not responsibility for any issue happen. Reception not function well due to door always lock. Need to walk to far to go the beach.

New and clean Japanese style rooms. Suit for couple or families with young children. A bit difficult for elderly due to no chair to rest. Prefer to have own transport as the hotel in housing area, not far from Pantai pasir Bogak but need 10-15min walk.

Basic facilities, but fully acceptable for staying overnight. Rent bicycles or motorbike to get around. Traffic is a challenge so please wear helmets.

Wifi signal very bad， totally no network at all for digi user , u can listen to the conversation of your next room loud and clear . 👎🏿heard 2 chinese people talk and laugh till midnight like the whole world belongs to them 👏🏿bravo! convenient access to beach 👍🏿

The recipient is not there when we arrived. I called multiple times and she didnt respond. Dalam 10 minit baru respon. Bilik dia ok lah, but not family friendly, xde tingkap. Tapi ruang lepak kt luar rumah tu quite nice.

Basic but clean, overall is good value for money. You need to have your own transportation if stay here.

The place is actually a double storey house which has been converted into rooms. There is no check in counter but u need to find the helper outside the house to get in your unit. The room quite small but have all the necessities required. In term of privacy we can hear noises from outside but managed to get a good sleep. Its a bit far from the beach if u have to walk around 10mins. Overall its worth the cheap price but not suitable for family with small kids.

New building and new properties. Got a lot of pro’s and con’s to give.. but i would like to tell the major things following the issued which is it’s can be a lesson for hotel if they really want to sustained and compete on this field. Service by staff - follow up by hotel once booking has been made. ( arrived at property at 6.30pm but no one there and i need to reach by my self, luckyly my son hp got a coverage ) Amenities - No ice box ?? even a small one 😓 .. this the worst issues .. Family Room 5-6 pax.. stay at island, and bring kids together.. of course needed that for keeping the food be safe. CREDIT also to the Hotel Management and Trip.com due to react with the issued and solve the matter well with proffessionalism. ( after report to trip , within 2 hours i got a Small Refigirator for our room ) 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Honestly with minor touch up and some improvement, this Hotel will earn positive result in future.. overall for this properties is good.. keep the work up 👍👍👍💪🤝

Ok..so far trip.com was okay.. it's just the tatami was a bit frustrating.

The double and single rooms are too narrow.. the bathroom is very narrow.. there is no bed, only a thick mattress.. going up and down the stairs with heavy luggage after shopping is very tiring.. cleanliness is maintained.. it is beautiful from the outside.
