Excellent resort, right on the beach and top class facilities, the buffet breakfast was awesome, staff very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, they even gave us a little later check out

The price is reasonable but the staff are super impolite, especially in the breakfast restaurant and the buffet restaurant located at the Alona henann. They said need to charge for request late check out to 2pm. And charge for even request for more bottle of water. Everything about money ??? Even I need a bottle of water inside the hotel room for baby to make milk??? Ridiculous

I requested for an extension of late check out as our flight was in the evening. I was will to pay additional for the extra hours. Sadly the hotel was not flexible to accommodate this request. Hope the management will look into this especially those who has to take evening flights!

The pool is really nice~~but the soundproofing is not good~~and they don't lend me champagne glassesㅜI didn't expect much from breakfast, so the rice noodles were delicious. There is no minibar, and the check-out time is too long. The staff are friendly~~but it feels like something is lacking. The room cleaning is done well~I like the infinite pool on the 4th floor the best~~It's new, so it's clean.

They tell me to eat outside food at the restaurant, so when I try to eat mango at the restaurant, they say no and tell me to eat in the room They say to take the outside food to the restaurant and eat it… But they say that they sell mango at the restaurant So I cannot eat it…What absurd And the customer who does not speak English well does not understand… Raising their voice No restaurant in the world that doesn't allow you to eat fruit that you personally brought, and even if there were, they don't raise their voices without informing customers in advance. 3. The hotel was newly built, so the room condition was great, and the infinity pool and swimming pool felt smaller than Alona. The breakfast didn't have many options, but it was okay, and the room cleaning was very slow. It was nice that I could walk to the city center and get around in about 10 minutes.
