We spent 20mins just for checking out Breakfast very very so so Otherwise everything is good specially location is amazing

Excellent resort, right on the beach and top class facilities, the buffet breakfast was awesome, staff very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, they even gave us a little later check out

The service was really superb! The food at the hotel was also good, facilities and pool are all awesome. Kudos hennan!

The price is reasonable but the staff are super impolite, especially in the breakfast restaurant and the buffet restaurant located at the Alona henann. They said need to charge for request late check out to 2pm. And charge for even request for more bottle of water. Everything about money ??? Even I need a bottle of water inside the hotel room for baby to make milk??? Ridiculous

I requested for an extension of late check out as our flight was in the evening. I was will to pay additional for the extra hours. Sadly the hotel was not flexible to accommodate this request. Hope the management will look into this especially those who has to take evening flights!

The view was excellent. Would love to go back soon.

Great location Perfect service Nice and clean

The pool is really nice~~but the soundproofing is not good~~and they don't lend me champagne glassesㅜI didn't expect much from breakfast, so the rice noodles were delicious. There is no minibar, and the check-out time is too long. The staff are friendly~~but it feels like something is lacking. The room cleaning is done well~I like the infinite pool on the 4th floor the best~~It's new, so it's clean.

Ants crawling on the bed However, this is a phenomenon that occurs in all hotels in Bohol So I 100% accept and understand their rule of not bringing in outside food However, The staff has no intention of listening to the guests at all They only think about their own convenience 1. They do not consider the guests who do not speak English at all The customer is slowly explaining in the easiest English possible But they do not listen until the end and only listen to what the staff wants to hear And they want to finish their work quickly They have no intention of listening to the customers 2. They tell me to eat outside food at the restaurant, so when I try to eat mango at the restaurant, they say no and tell me to eat in the room They say to take the outside food to the restaurant and eat it… But they say that they sell mango at the restaurant So I cannot eat it…What absurd And the customer who does not speak English well does not understand… Raising their voice No restaurant in the world that doesn't allow you to eat fruit that you personally brought, and even if there were, they don't raise their voices without informing customers in advance. 3. Additional child fee Adult fee charged for those 11 years old and younger Breakfast fee charged for those 10 years old and younger We booked an additional night for our late check-out And we couldn't eat breakfast because we had to check out at 9:30 PM... It's not that we didn't eat when we could, But we couldn't eat because of the early check-out But they insisted on paying the child fee only for those 10 years old So I gave them a packed lunch... So they said they couldn't give us a packed lunch because breakfast is provided for free when staying... You should just say it's a child surcharge whether it's 11 or 10. Why do you say it's an additional breakfast surcharge for children under 10? 4. I'm not good at English, so I wrote it on a piece of paper and brought it with me, but even when I showed it to them in front of me, they asked me to tell them the room number. I paid with cash and card separately, and instead of paying all of the cash I paid, I wrote a note asking for 400 pesos in change, and I expressed my intention by pointing to the note with my finger, but they said they would pay all of the money I paid and pay the rest with the card. They didn't even think to look at the paper I gave them. They kept talking nonsense even though the customer didn't speak English. They didn't read it even when I kept pointing at the paper with my finger. I guess they have dyslexia that prevents them from reading. 5. When I checked in, there were a lot of people checking out at 12. When I just gave them my card and said check out, they said okay, and checked out right away. How could they have been so angry that the customer was the finish? I asked. Then the staff said yes. I saw 3 groups checking out. I checked out and the room was inspected. I was shocked. I checked out alone at 9:20 PM. A female staff member said checkout was OK after about 45 minutes. 6. I was taking out 4 carry-ups from the room alone. I was worried because the staff member was worried. They didn't come and help me. Oh my... They have no basics or common sense. I've been in trouble more than once or twice.

The hotel was newly built, so the room condition was great, and the infinity pool and swimming pool felt smaller than Alona. The breakfast didn't have many options, but it was okay, and the room cleaning was very slow. It was nice that I could walk to the city center and get around in about 10 minutes.

There are various swimming pools and it is definitely a new building, so I think I made a good choice.

It's great to bring kids, the accessibility is good and the facilities are good! The staff is bright and friendly, which is nice.

The facilities are great, and the location is great too. The pool is also really great. I'll definitely go again next time I go. You should definitely go~
