The hotel is great. Breakfast is amazing. The game room is pretty cool. The beach did not met our expectations.
The hotel is quite close to Alona beach but it is not convenient to walk in the street. The hotel does offer a bus service to get there once per hour.

It wasn't as good as I thought... I went there after reading the reviews and regretted it a little. I don't recommend it unless you're going for a vacation. If you're going on a tour, it's not a bad idea to just stay somewhere cheap...

Everything else was good, but the ending is not good.
There was no answer and Trip.com is saying they don't know anything.

Honestly, the facilities are nice (the pool), but when I came back after going out on the first day, there were so many bugs and bug wings? on one of the beds that I thought I was going to die. So I shared a friend's bed for the first night, and after the room was cleaned, the bugs were gone, but I had to check all the bedding before sleeping. Other than that, everyone was kind and nice. But can't you eat mangosteen in a hotel?!?!?! They told me not to eat it in the room or at the restaurant, so I had to get it after checking out. I was really, really, really, really, really, really upset about this. ㅠ You can't eat mangosteen, so don't buy it. ㅠ
