This hotel is really in a very private place. There is no free shuttle service. You need to take a ride to the hotel by yourself. However, there is a free shuttle bus to Alona Beach or any place near the seaside. You only need to pay a small amount of money. Breakfast is not self-service. It is recommended to order gourmet breakfast and call a taxi. It is recommended to inform the staff 10-15 minutes in advance. You usually need to wait for the swimming pool because of the wind. There will be some fallen leaves inside because the temperature is low. There are no slippers. If you need other supplies, please tell them directly what you think. Not very good There are also chickens crowing outside all the time. It’s very noisy. The overall score is 3 out of 10.

The environment is average, very remote, and you have to go around a lot to get there. The road there is also bumpy. The room is very small, and there are no slippers. The hotel wrote that it would take you to Alona Beach for free, but they always said that the car was being repaired and they couldn't do anything. They wrote that they would take you to the airport for free, but they actually charged me money. I was speechless, it's not worth the price.

I would give all 5 stars if not for one small and very annoying circumstance: We asked to take our things to dry cleaning, but the hotel didn’t have one and the administrator took the things to another place - the things came back spoiled, with stains that now cannot be washed off. I’m even glad that some of the shorts from the general set of clothes were not washed; at least they were not additionally soiled. And the cost of dry cleaning turned out to be much more expensive than originally stated. Overall, the hotel is wonderful, the owner answered our questions with pleasure and was always open to conversation. The staff is top notch. The hotel is small with cool rooms. I would especially like to note the design of the rooms - done with taste! It's nice to be in them. No living creatures or insects were found in the rooms. A few scout ants don't count))) From the hotel to the main shopping and restaurant street it takes 10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by transport for 100 pesos. The beach is still a 5-minute walk away. A big unexpected plus is the presence of various board games and a place where you can spend time with a group by the pool. By the way, the pool is clean and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone who comes to visit the sights of Panglao and Bohol. This is not for those who want to lounge on the beach. Except by the pool. Breakfast - a choice of several options (Filipino, American, pancakes, porridge, etc.) - all tasty and satisfying. Thanks again for the warm welcome! The hotel is definitely worth the money!

I would be happy to repeat if I need to stay somewhere on the island. The room as a whole is designed for a comfortable stay. There is a lot of light, which is very pleasing. There is somewhere to put things. Comfortable terrace and pool area. I recommend that the administration pay attention to the breakfast: I didn’t like it, it wasn’t tasty. Also, in general, the rooms look a little tired; it would be nice to update the paint and do a good job on the plumbing in the bathroom.

The environment of the resort (homestay) is still good, but it is a little far from the beach. You need to take their transportation car to the beach. After five o'clock, you need to ask the counter to help you call a car. Many device issues: There is no tissue, no slippers, no quilt in the room. There was no hot water for bathing at night. The fourth one just broke down. There are some problems with the network. It rained heavily at night, and the rain outside covered the place, but it couldn't completely cover the rain. The feeling is only beautiful, and the rest are ordinary.

Overall, it's okay, but a bottle of Chanel facial cleanser and shampoo left in the room was just bought. I called to ask if it was lost to me, and I didn’t call to ask if we want it. The service is poor.

Don't come hear it's a building site constant noise all day can't use the pool because of terrible noise all day long 7 days a week early morning till nighttime lots of nice quiet hotels in resort don't come hear a thin fence between you and all the noise and dust disgusting it's not mentioned anywhere book somewhere else

Romantic and Quaint Bird of Paradise Resort..is the adventure ever at Bird of Paradise resort very loveky place. To stay.. beautiful area. Nice views around the place... this new Botique hotel. Located in the beautiful Panglao Island just few minutes from Alona Beach...there is a good reception area. And a very large garden species of tropical plants and bird of paradise flower...and of courese all the guests geta delicious free breakfast . The botique resort. Guests sanctuary of the serinity in the beautiful Islsnd of Panglao. So they can help to organize trips and excursion... to discover the beauty and rich tje heritage of Bohol.. team will make sure to give a heartfelt service to a guests and to stay unforgettable Rooms has a blackout curtain.. With a private balcony and pool view..

Staffs are helpful and accommodating. The resort is beautiful. If you like a quiet place to relax with fam, this is the place. Book as early as you can because they only have 8 rooms and usually fully booked. The room we stayed at can accommodate family of 5. Really spacious. ☺️

I am super amazed with this hotel. They've called it "The Hidden Gem in Panglao Bohol". The place is very nice, very clean and very relaxing. This is 15 mins walk to Alona Beach. The staffs are very friendly and easy to communicate. We will definitely comeback but this time with my Family! recommend for working from home, couples or groups.

Stayed here for 2 nights and is probably one of my favorite hotels in Bohol! Location: Around 15mins walk from Alona Beach. Tricycle is not that accessible but you can always ask for help from the reception to book you a tricycle in advance. No restaurants around the area but they have partner restaurants that can deliver directly to the hotel. Room: Really really love the interior of the room! Kinda industrial vibes with the hanging lamps and gray walls. Also, room is really spacious! Bed is queen size + there's a small bed if you have an extra person staying with you. TV has Netflix access so it's really great if you plan on doing a staycation. The room that we booked has a spacious balcony that is overlooking the pool. Bathroom: Really spacious, there's a big rack where you can dry your towel or clothes, water pressure is great, and heater works perfectly. Amenities and services: Pool is cleaned everyday (for the 2 days that we stayed there). It is really quiet since hotel is far from the party area of Alona. There's a happy hour if you'd like to drink inside the hotel! Very helpful and courteous staff! Would definitely come back to this hotel once I return to Bohol.
