I left my luggage early in the morning (7:30) and checked in at 6:00 PM. I used the pool. They brought me towels to use even late at night. I was satisfied overall.

I also decided on this hotel after looking online for a long time, and there were no bad reviews on Ctrip. My personal experience is: the room is not big, clean and tidy, the lights are quite bright, suitable for doing homework hahaha😄 There is a swimming pool, but breakfast is not included, and bottled water is not provided every day. Towels were not changed on the first day of cleaning. Maybe they were not proactive enough to change towels and sheets. Dogs started barking and chickens croaked every morning at four or five in the morning... There were two mornings when there was no hot water for showering.

"off the beaten path" and rightfully so. Walking distance to shops and popular eateries. Minutes to the beach, too. We rented a car and had upfront parking. Was greeted by the tiniest girl with the biggest smile and heart. Just a perfect ambassador of hospitality. We reserved our breakfast for the next morning then we were led to our room (205) and boy oh boy... Poolside view, air con, flat screen TV, comfy bed and wait for it ....... the best bathroom shower I've seen in the Philippines so far. Just take my word.. pressure, rainfall option, modern design, tons of shelf space for all your shower toiletries. Spent the 1st part of my vacay in Manila and it seems customer service must be frowned upon. Come here and it's exactly what you're seeking on a getaway. Relaxing on our balcony overlooking the pool after a wonderful dinner (nearby) while writing this. I'm a 20 year manager of all the big brands on the US.. currently with Sonesta Hotels/Resorts... this follows the standards of hospitality and then some. 5 Star service and experience. Thank you for making my vacation expectations come true.

Very affordable hotel to stay at, its near to Alona Beach area and the road to get there is very accessible. I enjoyed coming here with my family. Their morning breakfast meals are delicious too. Room has a pool view

The place is as it is advertised. The staff was very helpful on arranging transportation going in and out of the resort. The resort was neat and clean and staff was available round the clock. Our stay was really wonderful. Highly recommended!

The resort comprises of 12 rooms. Our room was very clean and comfortable. One bed is semi-double size and one single for my daughter. Room has air-con and fan. Hot water is consistent should you desire. No problems with Wi-Fi if that’s what you need too. Pleasant days to be had hanging around the pool. Cleaned religiously everyday. Resort wasn’t so busy so we were able to swim all day. Accessing Panglao/Alona it’s no problem. Staff can call you a trike and it’s only a five minute journey. Also the resort has a free shuttle service. Only not available on Wednesday. Food at the resort is limited but breakfast is good and filling. I think they have 4 to 5 options to choose from. Also, Staff can organize deliveries, filipino food, amazing local pizza from well established Italian restaurant close by. All payments at the resort must be made cash only. There are no credit card services available. The resort is still young but progressively growing. Overall, Gucci and his team made us most welcome. Gucci (the owner) is an experienced tour guide so knows how to treat his guests, this reflects in the staff attitude too. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Would recommend the resort organizing pick-up from the port and airport. It made our life so much easier having a driver there waiting. Also, prices for the services are very reasonable. Book with confidence and enjoy your stay! We will be back for sure.
