THIS HORRIBLE DISQUISTING , UNPROFESSIONAL WAS A SLUM, ANTS ALL OVER THE ROOM , RED BLOOD ON OLD, POOP STAINS, RIPPED SHEETS. UPOUN ARRIVING THE FRONT DESK WAS ON CELL PHONE , IGNORING THE BOTH OF US. ONE OF HER SIBLINGS WAS SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR , THE OTHER SIBLING CHILD ABOUT FOUR YEARS OLD WAS DANGLING ON SOFA WITH ONE HAND ON CELL PLAYING VIDEO GAMES, EATING WITH THE OTHER POTATOE CHIPS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, DEMOLISHED , WHEN I BROUGHT MY CONCERNS TO THE TWO PHILLIPINAS THEY JUST GAVE ME A ZOMBIE CONSTAPADED LOOK. NEVER SAID SORRY OR TRIED TO MOVE US TO A BETTER ROOM. I LEFT WITH IN ONE HOUR AND IAM OUT CLOSE TO EIGHT#8 THOUSAND PESOS BOOKED THRU TRIP.COM. THEY THE DEMONS ARE FIGHTING NOT TO RE EMBURSE MY REFUND. I WANT ALL TRAVELERS TO PLEASE BOY COTT THIS ALFRED HITCHCOCK , TWILIGHT ZONE EXPERIENCE , I CHECKED IN ROOM AND I WAS PUNCHING ANTS KILLING THEM AND IAM SUPPOSE TO BE HAPPY? YOU PAY FOR A ROOM HOPEING YOUR MONEY CAN REMEDEY DECENSEY , CLEANYNESS. I WISH I COULD SUE IN COURT THIS POOP FEAST . THIS IS A CRIME THEFT OF SERVICE , AND A HAZARD , I DEMAND A REFUND ITS JUSTIFIABLE. I HAVE A VIDEO OF MY CLAIMS AND WILL PUT IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR THE WORLD TO SEE.

Horrible, don't come this hotel... I will tell my problems 1. I arrive in the evening and they didn't know I booked a room, bad sign for my stay 2. No towel and toothbrush (I have to ask for it) 3. No toilet paper 4. The WiFi stopped working (I was too angry about it and I didn't want to ask anything) 5. My bed has ants in the right side. Unbelievable, I slept only in one side avoiding the other side. 6. The door of the bathroom is broken. I can't open and close, dangerous 7. My last day: NO WATER, unbelievable 8. The road to get to the hotel is a totally disaster. Everything they promise in the picture in the entrance is fake. I didn't get anything Very disappointed...

Nice play for a short stay, very accomodating staffs and very clean space. We want to come back again in the future. Im very grateful to be there!! Thank you!!

This apartment was roomy and spacious, I was originally moved to Gae’s apartment as Palm Rise wasn’t available when I arrived on the island. The apartment was comfy and roomy and based 10 mins away from Alona Beach area.

Nice spot

Because the flight from Manila to Bohol was delayed, I was forced to stay here overnight. We will fly again the next day. The hotel is basically acceptable, and it is ten minutes away from the airport. At this price, there is really not much requirement, and the room is clean. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel which is really nice. 

I recommend it

I paid in advance in cash for one night on January 24, so I planned to spend the night near the airport. It was unpleasant to find out that the hotel was closed and I would not get my money back. This is the kind of unpleasantness that happened with this place. I am disappointed

Even though I arrived at dawn, the reception was friendly and it wasn't bad for a stay. There was a cutie in the room I didn't care much because it's not a common and harmful animal in the Philippines. It's very close to the airport, so it's not too difficult to get there.

The room is okay. The service attitude is also good.
