房間大到驚艷到我了！而且不貴，早餐也完全媲美大牌酒店早餐，而且温泉24小時有效很良心

很少會在攜程給這麼差的差評，首先這個酒店已經不是第一次去了，之前的體驗都是很不錯的，這次原計劃是去盤錦的海邊，結果因為天氣原因臨時變更行程，我們自行大小11人出行，就近去了紅海温泉酒店。首先酒店的年頭很長了這個我早就知道的，不過年頭長的酒店跟服務差沒有必然聯繫，五年前去紅海温泉酒店就發現酒店房間的水在浴缸裏放水是黃色的，今年去的時候還是肉眼可見，清晰的黃色，問酒店的服務人員這個是水質問題還是酒店問題，服務員第一時間不是進行專業的解釋，而是選擇特別激進的方法跟客人溝通，大聲的説水就是這樣的，不放心可以當場喝給客人看，溝通無果後叫來管理人員，管理人員更是店大欺客，在我們錄視頻的時候告訴我們，如果我們上傳到網絡他有權利起訴我們，試問在我們的房間，發生水質問題，我們錄視頻取證違法了？真的太讓人生氣了！因為房間有2個3歲半的寶寶才問服務員水質對身體有沒有傷害的，為啥服務員比住店客人還激動！！！水上樂園的服務員服務還是可以的，就是感覺消毒水味道太濃了，玩了2天會感覺皮膚刺癢。房間下水道味道很大，在洗手盆洗臉，水龍頭打開的情況下會覺得有臭味往上返。總之感覺紅海濕地樂園酒店五星級酒店的價格，沒有該有的服務，希望我的評論給猶豫的小夥伴一點參考。

參加活動兩個標準
①活動上寫，住宿的顧客參加，我住宿了，花了660元
②活動上寫，反到店參加一票通的顧客，我額外又買了一大一小兩張一票通花了267元
消費達額，去時前台説滿880就能參加抽獎，看我的消費，前台説，等結賬的時候過來抽獎就行
第二天結賬，我要抽獎，前台説不知道啊，我説你們海報的活動，前台又叫別人過來，又跟我説拿小票，我説沒人給我小票啊，我管誰要，我給前台看我的消費記錄，前台説你在網上買的啊，我們需要開在同一個小票才能抽獎
我就納了悶了，我在同一個地方消費，你們還能開出兩份收據發票麼，你們是分家的啊
我一起消費超過880元，還住宿了，還有一票通了，你們玩的起就玩，玩不起就痛快別弄活動，誰也不差那抽獎，就是都圖個樂呵，太掉價了這也
一個地方代表外地人對一個城市的印象，盤錦不咋地，掉價，下次不會再來了，沒有誠信
