This is the second time we've visited Kantouni Beach Boutique Hotel, Stavros, Katerina and their team look after you so well, everything is catered for and cannot wait to visit again. Rooms are spotless and serviced every day, location is amazing.

Lovely hotel, exceptional staff, pretty location. I would have given 5 stars but buffet items for breakfast were always lukewarm, nothing worse than cold scrambled egg and beans, other people their also agreed. sun bed cushions were very marked, yes it was end of season but for a 5* hotel they should be clean. Pool wasn’t useable as was very cold, not a relaxing dip ! Sea was warmer but my husband got stung by a weaver fish ( staff were brilliant and helped) so put us off, think we were unlucky as lots of people used the sea as cold pool. Lots of restaurants had already closed for the winter so would go earlier.

This was our first time on Kalymnos and we booked Kantouni Beach based upon the excellent reviews. We stayed for 11 nights and had a great holiday and would highly recommend this gem of a hotel. First and foremost the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they always made time to stop and chat and make sure everything was alright. We ate at various restaurants locally but the food at the hotel was by far the best, reasonably priced and exceptional service. Everywhere was very clean and the bedroom was well equipped and comfortable with a great view of the sunset. Katarina and Irini were very helpful in advising us where to visit and how to get there and it was easy to get around the island on the local buses or taxis. We were blessed with lovely weather for October and look forward to returning to this great hotel.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this gorgeous hotel. The hotel is perfect in many ways….the stunning beachside location, the elegant decor, the spotlessly clean communal areas and rooms. Most importantly, it is the hotel team who work so hard that make this the perfect hotel. Katrina and her team are so welcoming and friendly. The Team spirit really shines through in everything they do for their guests. We had a throughly enjoyable stay, and enjoyed all the food and hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the teams efforts. We enjoyed exploring the local area which was absolutely beautiful. There is nothing we could suggest to improve the experience, as we genuinely think it was just perfect!!

This is the best hotel we have ever visited! Gorgeous setting, beautiful rooms and even more fabulous staff who honestly cannot do enough to make your stay the best. Reception staff especially Katerina and Eirni are amazing and nothing is too much for them, this is a very well organised hotel and all staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The rest of the reception staff are also fabulous too, so also deserve compliments. The pool area is kept spotless and is made even more special by attention to detail, bringing water and ensuring they make your stay so lovely. Thank you Costas. The bar staff are amazing and so kind, ensuring you have everything you need. Their sense of humour makes this hotel great. Their knowledge of drinks and food is second to none. Big thanks to, Poppy, Melina, Georgia, Aggelos for their smiles and utmost professionalism Food is fantastic in the hotel so compliments to the chefs, from breakfast through to dinner. You don't often see the people behind the scenes but they are just lovely. The setting is fabulous and the sunsets gorgeous. Stavros the Manager and Restaurant Nick cannot do enough for you, and Nick really is a Doctor in disguise, administering first aid to me after a fall into the sea! He has a lovely manner and ensures all is in order. This hotel really should be a 5 star as there is nothing to dislike. They even arranged a cake for my husband's 60th birthday and made sure the evening was so special. Other names to mention: Maria Mikes Makis Nomikos Stavroula Nektaria Zina This may seem a bit much to mention all these lovely people, but if you visit here you will understand. Perhaps the best hotel we`ve ever stayed in. Everything in top notch. Each and every member of staff could not do enough to ensure you have the best holiday possible. Little touches, like a fruit cocktail stick as you sit around the pool late morning, an afternoon cocktail and a face cooling spray all add up to a little bit of luxury. Restaurant prices are the same as the local tavernas but served with style and taste with fantastic views out to sea. The biggest bed you`ll ever see in a hotel , quality coffee maker in your room...... I could go on. All the reviews say the same thing. We could not fault the hotel or it`s staff in any way. It`s superb.

Myself and my wife, stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of June. We opted for the garden view room with whirlpool. The room was large, light, airy, and very clean. The beach bag, dressing gowns, flip flops, and slippers were a great addition. Reducing the amount of extras we took. Also, for the ladies, the hairdryer was powerful, so there's no need to take your own. The room was cleaned top to bottom every day, and all tea, coffees, water, and toiletries replenished. It was also checked again on an evening on the turn down service. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to attend to all your needs to make you feel special. Stavros and his team are extremely attentive to every aspect of the hotels day to day running and leave nothing to chance and truly make it the exceptional experience it was. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Just returned from my 3rd visit to Kantouni, once again I must thank Stavros and all the staff for making us feel so special. This hotel just epitomises quality, fantastic location and facilities coupled with friendly, professional and attentive staff, we could not want for more. For this trip we hired a car to explore more of the beautiful island of Kalymnos. With ample parking at the hotel, and vehicle arrangements handled by the reception staff, this option raised the bar yat again. Thank you guys, keep up the brilliant work 👍

On arrival at 1.30am!!! we got the warmest of greeting s. Our bedroom was spacious, and kept spotless throughout our stay....our bed was super king size,and the comfiest ever. Breakfast was everything you could want and more,with the most amazing setting and friendly staff to pamper you. Infinity pool was perfect....enjoying it whilst hearing the waves lapping just below you from the ocean. The pool area was very spacious with perfect loungers....and pool boy was regularly around fetching chilled water,fruit and shots to keep us cool and relaxed. All the staff were so polite and friendly....as we left we felt as we were leaving family....too many to name,but all wonderful. Can't wait to return.

I've visited this hotel before, almost twenty years ago when it was very different to how it is now. The re-vamp is unbelievable and the place feels completely new, whilst still in the same setting on the beach. The design is stunning and the attention to detail immaculate. And the service? On another level. The staff are so friendly, so helpful and so attentive, both me and my daughter felt like royalty/family. Here are some of the ways the staff and hotel go the extra mile - water and fresh fruit brought to you on the sunbeds - gift bag in hotel on arrival with local treats - cleaning staff went above and beyond to find my daughter's watch when she lost it, and deal with the aftermath from an illness (see below) - 'good night' sweeties brought to the room every night - help and care when my daughter got ill (see below) Sometimes you only know the true heart of people when the sh*t hits the fan. Three days before the end of the holiday, my daughter got gastroenteritis (NOTHING to do with the hotel or anyone in it). During the first night she threw up on the floor because she couldn't get to the bathroom in time. The night staff were amazing, bringing me everything I needed to clear it up (they offered to clear it up but I said no), and being on hand throughout the night for anything we needed. The next morning they helped get electrolytes and anything else we needed, and then when it became clear my daughter needed to go to hospital, again, they helped arrange everything. We needed to stay a night in the hospital so the hotel sorted us out pillows, duvets, towel, soap, water, food etc to make our stay better, and kept in touch on the phone the whole time. Honestly, I feel extremely emotional writing this review as they were just so supportive when my husband was at home and I was on my own with our child managing a very serious illness. I cannot recommend this hotel and the staff more highly. They were simply the absolute best and we will be returning to stay as often as we can!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Kantouni beach hotel . On arrival we recieved a bottle of chilled wine together with a note of congratulations! We arrived so late that they put food in the fridge and water too. I will start with the staff. All of them were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Irini helped us with places to eat out and even called the restaurants for us. Katerina organised our car hire for us and mapped out some routes for us to take over the 3 days with the car. When we vacated the hotel she even came outside to see us off. Maria at breakfast was there every morning serving tea and coffee. She knew exactly the way we liked it without asking. Every day she asked us where we had been and our plans for the day. Mellina was usually around at lunchtime and came round with water and an ice bucket and little fruit slices on the house. I can't remember the waiters names but all so friendly. The rooms were out of this world. Open plan,2 sinks,huge modern room with coffee tea ,toothbrush,razor, slippers,flip flops gowns and good quality toiletries. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and we went to sleep with the sound of the sea. I cannot fault this hotel. We never go back to an island but we will be returning to Kantouni Beach hotel and the the location couldn't be better.

First time in this hotel and it won’t be the last. We had the best holiday ever. The hotel is the diamond of kalymnos in every terms. The views of the sunset, the service, the employees, the room, the cleaness, the food, the drinks all were amazing! Kalymnos is an amazing island worth to visit. An unspoiled, beautiful and traditional island!!!

This hotel is a little bit of paradise! The staff took such good care of us and we had the most relaxing holiday ever. It was very quiet as it is getting to the end of the season, but the attention to detail is second to none. All of the staff from reception, restaurant and poolside were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was pristine and the enormous bed was very comfortable!
