We have just returned from a lovely 6 night stay here. As Hilton gold card members we were upgraded to a third floor suite. This meant we had a large bedroom with comfortable large bed and huge TV and safe, en suite bathroom & separate shower room with Crabtree & Evelyn lotions, lounge with another large TV and DVD player - we had voucher for DVDs that we could get in reception. There was a full kitchen including dishwasher and large coffee machine with coffee replenished every day when the room was cleaned. It was a bonus to have a washing machine, even supplied us with small Tide powder. The air conditioning was very efficient and it was great to come into after a morning exploring - it was 40C outside! I had read reviewed about the noise from the neighbouring hotel’s Go Pool but we could hardly hear it in our room. It was a different story outside but only from 1000hrs to 1800hrs and our hotel pool was lovely to sit round and enjoy the music. There was complimentary access to Go Pool but it did not appeal. The one surprise with our pool is that there was no poolside shower outside nor in the gym changing room! We spoke to staff about this & were advised that they had been removed due to lack of use. This did mean that although the hotel allowed us to use the pool once we had checked out on our final day we could not shower before our evening flight. This was disappointing. Checkout is at 1000hrs but Carlos the manager agreed to late check out 1230hrs. We were able to leave our luggage securely and went to lunch and stayed indoors. All the staff were lovely and pleasant to deal with. At the time of booking we did not realise this was a timeshare hotel and we were regularly asked to attend a talk but as this did not interest us we did not bother & they were fine about that. There is a small shop & cafe open in the morning. It is nice to be in non smoking environment without a ******. The hotel is amazingly close to the ***** and despite the heat we walked most places. We did use the monorail to get to MGM to see Ka (highly recommend) and the bus to get to Fremont St and the shopping outlet mall. It was a short Uber ride from the airport to the hotel. However Uber do not pick you up from hotel but Lyft will, so we used them for the return trip to the airport. We are planning to return to Las Vegas as part of a fly drive holiday & will consider staying here in view of its amenities, great location and the free car parking it offers.
