La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la cochera en nuestro caso tuvimos que pagarla aparte porque la propia del hotel estaba completa. Mi familia se hospedo solo una noche, llegamos tarde y la realidad que veníamos de un viaje largo y decidimos quedarnos ahí. el personal de la recepción desde el inicio muy amable y predispuesto. Pero las habitaciones realmente están deplorables, por el precio que sale, realmente no lo recomiendo. Camas y colchones incomodos, imposibles dormir, las almohadas iguales. El baño bastante bien pero los toallones eran super finitos y algunos rotos. El desayuno era básico para abajo, la verdad que no volvería. Si vuelvo a repetir que rescato la amabilidad de los chicos de recepción.

Relacion precio calidad pesimo. No es 4 estrellas. Contratamos 3 hab. Dobles todas muuuy chicas. Con cosas rotas, por ej caja de seguridad, puerta baño. Toallas chicas y finitas. Cochera muy estrecha. Atencion mediocre. Lo bueno: el restaurant del hotel.

Todo muy viejo y descuidado, falto de mantenimiento, camas, almohadas y mobiliario en gral. muy incomodo , baño diminuto , bastante feo todo. el personal es amable y correcto. El restaurant es malo y caro. la cochera no la incluyen

Habitacion premiun tamaño normal,en mi caso con balcon a la plaza,buena vista, con cama muy comoda,frigobar,baño pequeño con bañera,cochera segun disponibilidad con pago,lindo restaurante ,rico y variado desayuno bufet,en entrada dispenser de agua.Personal muy atento

Deseo hacerles llegar mi decepción al hospedarnos en el Gran Hotel Paraná. Nos tocó alojarnos en la habitación 220. Cuando ingresamos observamos que la misma tenía mucha humedad, la caja de seguridad estaba trabada, la almohada estaba manchada con sangre, el espejo viejo con visibilidad borrosa y el desagüe de la bañera tapado el cual no desagotaba. No hubo un día en que tuvimos que reclamar los elementos faltantes en la misma: papel higiénico, toallas y toallones, ya que los mismos los retiraban al asear la habitación, pero no los reponían. El sanitario No tenía bidet. El personal amable y desayuno bueno.

Se ve que fue un hotel importante. Pero esta muy caído. La ducha es de 60 x 70. Apenas te podes dar vuelta. (No apto para claustrofobicos). El wifi. Pésimo. Si queres algo económico pero sin muchas expectativas esta ok. El desayuno es muy acotado.

Hotel viejo ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, la habitacion era grande, tenia baño completo y frigobar. Había aire acondicionado que funcionaba bien. Desayuno completo pero muy poco variado. Personal muy amable y correcto

Con una ubicación céntrica privilegiada, este tradicional hotel brinda un servicio muy aceptable, aunque necesita alguna modernización, las habitaciones un poco chicas, sobre todo las de menor valor, están limpias y bien atendidas. con un excelente restaurante en su interior, brinda un muy buen desayuno y como plus tiene cochera en el establecimiento (De Pago).

Quise cancelar la reserva y no era posible por la pagina, hable al Hotel y me dijeron que la anulaban pero nadie me mando un mail de confirmación de la baja...Siempre fue muy fácil cancelar la reserva hoy NO LO ES.!!
