Nice hotel, new hotel in Manila, Chinese owner

During the 5-night stay, no one came in to clean, and there was no replenishment of mineral water and cleaning products. There was no sign of no smoking in the private room in the restaurant, and several staff members chased you and wouldn't let you leave. They held photos of cigarette butts in the ashtray and asked you to pay a fine of 10,000 pesos. After checking the room number and name for breakfast, they still asked you to bring a breakfast ticket. You couldn't enter without a ticket. So, what is the meaning of the room number and name? The rigid procedure caused a long queue outside the breakfast restaurant. Check-in took a long time, and check-out took even longer. We called a car to catch the flight and put the luggage in the trunk, but the security guard patted the back of the car and threatened the driver not to let him leave. He forced us to go back to the lobby just because the front desk said that we had to check the room first before we could check out. The attitude was terrible. It was a waste of our time. We could have caught the flight. This hotel is suspected of restricting the personal freedom of customers and not letting us leave. We wasted half an hour of our time and we didn't catch the flight. The working method and procedures are rigid and inflexible, wasting time. It is very troublesome to return the deposit. Paper deposit slips and two room cards are required. It's rigid.

Things to improve 1) There is nothing in the room, but the deposit is large and takes a lot of time when checking in 2) It takes a lot of time when checking out. 3) The sound of the newly opened subway is very loud every 5 minutes.
