Unit was clean, service was good, kitchen sink tap extremely loose, but was fixed quickly on request, outside condition of property poor, scruffy and not inviting.

its a really nice place to stay the bed is comfortable with a oval bath shower. the key is in a lockbox whern i contacted the manager as i was checking in late i got theinstructions emailed to me and they were easy to follow sand my light was on in my rroom for me as well it is really handy to shops and the bus stop and the beach

Building was in poor repair and not very inviting. Outlook from the unit into back parking lot and fence.We accepted a disability unit as it was the last one. It did not have any shelving for toiletries in the bathroom, couch was old and carpet not very clean.

The rooms were ok. Seemed to be clean enough however, there was a strong smell coming from the room. With both windows and doors left open for a few hours couldn’t get rid of it. I am not sure where the noise came from but at random times it sounded like someone with diarrhoea was using the bathroom. Bed was small but comfortable. Would have given a higher rating if it wasn’t for the smell…..
